Struttura situata nel centro storico a circa 15 minuti a piedi dalle attrazioni principali.. staff disponibilissimo h 24...buon rapporto qualità prezzo

La struttura nuova

Senza mobili: ne una mensola in bagno, né un tavolino nella stanza da letto in pratica si metteva tutti su una poltroncina oggetti vestiti o per terra Ho trovato uno scarafaggio La stanza era attaccata al portone d'ingresso per cui ogni volta che si apriva o chiudeva rimbombava nella stanza Internet si agganciava raramente Alla reception nessuno Si comunica via WhatsApp La stanza non è stata pulita, la cameriera ha solo rifatto il letto e ucciso la blatta Dimenticato il cuscino duro come le pietre

Goede overnachtingsgelegenheid met prima prijs-kwaliteitsverhouding nabij centrum

Duidelijke communicatie met Maria (via Whatsapp) die ook zeer behulpzaam was bij het regelen van een parkeerplaats. Hostal met één ster maar verdiend naar mijn mening een betere score (wij hadden met eigen badkamer geboekt). Schoon, goede bedden, nabij oude stadscentrum. Prima voor enkele nachten. Goede prijs/kwaliteitverhouding .

Basic qua inrichting, verlichting is niet erg sfeervol.

Le falta una buena reforma.

Muchos bares y restaurantes cerca Medianamente cerca del centro. A muchos sitios tuvimos que coger taxi.

Reservamos una cama de matrimonio y al final nos tocó dos camas separadas, la chica de la limpieza muy amable nos la junto. Teníamos balcón pero sin más, cero vistas y hostal antiguo. La ubicación sin más, lo único cerca las setas lo demás bastante retirado.

Ok stay

It was ok clean, location is very accesible

Room wasn't ready after 2pm, our room was close to the entrance and was very noisy from people arriving late and from people hanging out in the lobby.

staying there nearly spoiled our trip to an otherwise beautiful city. they are a blight on Sevilla.

we didn’t like anything. if we had known about the quality of the facility and customer service before we made reservations we would never had gone there.

the room had zero space to move around. there were two of us and we were constantly bumping into one another. the worst was customer service. there was no reception desk or person to let us in. and they lied to us about our reservations. they kicked us out today with our suitcases saying that they had new clients showing up. the worst most unfeeling proprietors ever in all my years of travel. they threatened to call the police on us.

not worth the value. location is great but we didn’t really managed to get a good sleep because of the things I have men

the location.

we can hear the other guests when they open and close their showers and doors. we actually think that the other guests are smoking and we can smell it in the room. the smoke detector in our room was covered with a plastic and when we open the ac/heater the smell of the other cigarettes from the other rooms get in our room.

Strolling Seville

La Muralla was really convenient for us since we were hitting the road in Andalusia, and the communication, the codes made our lives SOOO much easier. We have arrived late in the night, and we had no issues occupying the garage and our room. A huge thanks for this!!

Actually everything went well, maybe some soundprooving would have been useful for the second night when our neighbours got really fond of each other in the middle of the night 😅 Otherwise, we enjoyed the strolls in Seville's tiny streets.

Pleasant and trouble free.

A little way from historic centre, although there is a decent bus service nearby which I used. The keypad entry into building and room was easy to use.

Would have preferred to have been a little nearer to historical centre.

As my flight was arriving in Seville very late at night,the hotel staff got in contact with me to make sure I had no problem accessing my room.Very helpful!!!

A nightmare in Seville

The only thing I can rate positively is the comunication via WhatsApp.

The room was a cave, super small and has nothing to do with the photos. The air conditioning worked OK but the smell from it was horrible. It smelled like sweated feet so we had to turn it off and open the window. As it is the ground floor, you will hear literally everything, even the people from the bar at the end of the street. I'm not sure if they even changed the bed sheets. The bed was broken. I was happy to be with my husband as I didn't feel safe at all. I would also not recommend leaving anything in the room. Other guests mention robbing and entering the room at night. Please, beware of. The shower and the toilet were OK, though. Booking must start the internal investigation and eliminate this place from the platform.

DO NOT STAY HERE! Also, do not use booking.com- they’re incompetent.

I refused to stay. Do not waste your time, Book elsewhere! The reviews on google and trip advisor are accurate. It’s a rundown sham of a place!

The photographs are not accurate. The rooms are tiny and cramped, it’s run down, there’s no staff on-site. 24 hour reception staff is via WhatsApp. I didn’t take the room and their response was that it was ‘my choice’. They didn’t offer any partial refund, they didn’t care. Booking.com were useless in helping me contact the hotel. The told me I wouldn’t get a refund and to leave a review. Which is terrible customer service! I asked to go to the room, I wanted to take pictures to show booking.com how awful the rooms are but the hotel owner refused me entry. Essentially, they have taken £200 from me. A shocking experience! In the UK, booking.com has made a lot of mistakes recently. Disappointing

The Hotel is good located. Check In and Check Out is really fast and easy with the Keysystems at the Doors. :/

Unfortunately the Room was really small and loud because of the near Street... One Night there were also one cockroach running out of the bathroom

Great spot to explore Sevilla for a few days

Quiet, clean and comfy place to stay and explore Sevilla. Air con in en-suite room. Nicely decorated with comfy bed. No a huge room but perfect for a solo traveller out exploring all day. Small walk to nice bars and restaurants. Bit further walk to the big historic and civic buildings, but a nice one down the main streets.

Super clean room, but lots of plastic covers on the toilet seat etc. Hope it biodegrades.
