Jeff and Mitzi provided our family of 5 with nice and relaxing vacation. We enjoy the outdoors and less people and this was the place for it. We were within walking distance to TRL. We went exploring, fishing, and swimming all in the same area. Beautiful area. Thank you for the hospitality❤️

Nice comfortable place, fit our needs perfectly. Large deck backing to woods gave it a nice secluded feeling even though you are in a condo complex. Location to Silverdollar City cannot be beat, you can see Roller Coasters from the deck. Great shower in the Master bath.

Location of unit was good and easy check in. There were some issues with plumbing in toilets and a leak in the bathroom. We also noticed dog hair on the comforter upon arrival.

Condo was nice, a few maint items need to be addressed to be 5 star. Wife bought a mat for the master shower as it was a bit slick, left the mat so hopefully it stays.

It was a nice place but the master bedroom had a bad smell. Also since we were on the lowest level, there was no view of Table Rock Lake.

Great place to stay. A kitchen table would be great, and knowing that you can’t see the lake since we are on the bottom floor, but those are the only things. We really enjoyed our stay and will probably be back next time we come to Branson. Thank you!

The property itself was nice. The beds were very firm but decent. The location of the property was beautiful! I have a huge issue with the check-in process. There was no information within the instructions that stated if you entered the code even a minute before 4pm you would be charged for an entire day. When I asked the property manager about this and even sent a picture of my agreement and instructions, I received a very rude response. Other than a lack of civil communication skills, I would recommend this property as well as stay here again.

My husband and I enjoyed celebrating our anniversary at “Happiness with Inn”! I would say the condo is “a work of love”! It appears that the owners (newlyweds) actually use/visit their condo, so it had little extra’s that made it more of a home than a rental condo. The master bath dual shower head and corner bath were a nice feature. And I enjoyed the canvass photos of local points of interest. Overall, the condo was clean, and the kitchen was moderately stocked with dishes, but also supplied a few extras like plastic baggies, foil, coffee filters and many other items. Since I believe reviews are for the benefit of the renter, it might be of interest for you to know, that the unit does not currently have a dining table inside. I realize that the act of sitting and eating at a table is foreign to some these days, but I am (old fashioned... LOL! and) a table eater (even if it’s by myself, while my husband eats in front of the tv…lol!) Fortunately for me, there was a patio table on the deck and while we were there, we had the most unseasonably cool weather for July, and I ate outside and enjoyed the beautiful music of the wind chimes (not a cheap ting, but a melodious harmony) Access and email communications with the owners were simple and convenient!

Wonderful location! The kids could look out and see Wild Fire at Silver Dollar City from our deck. Very close to SDC and just far enough away from the busy 76 Strip. The condo was very well decorated, very comfortable, and had almost all of the amenities we needed. We look forward to staying there again!

This was my first time using VRBO. I had done a lot of searching online for a good spot to stay in the area. I was very glad to find this pet friendly place to stay. It was VERY centrally located to the area. You are only about 15-30 minutes away from anything that you could want to do or you need to stock up on provisions. Really great place to stay if you are going to SDC, as it's right past the entrance to it. The place was very well kept and pretty quiet area. Had a great time and would definitely recommend.
