Due to the circumstances I cannot identify anything about this property that is acceptable. I strongly recommend against booking this property.

Due to the circumstances I will keep this review very factual but given the situation I experienced, and given the comparable amount of accommodation around Noosa Heads, I strongly recommend not booking this accommodation and finding alternative accommodation. I booked this property as a last minute deal, non refundable. I paid $2156.61 for a two bed apartment, deluxe view. The day before I arrived, I received a phone call from Maison Noosa advising they could not honour the deluxe view and offered a pool view. They gave two explanations for the change - one, maintenance issues and two, water issues. They said I would be offered a refund of the difference. I asked them to tell me the refund amount - the young woman put me on hold for several minutes and came back and said $469.62. The other option was they offered to refund in full (despite it being non refundable) but I would have to find alternative accommodation. With 24 hours to go before I arrived, the best option seemed to proceed. I asked for email confirmation of the change in room and refund which never arrived. When I arrived I asked about the email confirmation and the refund. I was told the manager was travelling and he had to authorise the refund. I was mildly concerned that the refund would only arrive on the day I left but I decided to let it go. The front desk staff did offer to email the manager directly and I said I wanted that to happen. Also, when I saw my “pool view” room it had no view at all, looked directly out onto a path with the pool down the path and around a small bend. So the difference between a deluxe view and pool view is high. On the second day I again asked about the email confirmation and the refund. Same message as day 1 - but on that day the ‘push back’ on the amount to be refunded started in earnest - there were comments made by one of the front desk staff about the refund being “probably less than I was told”.

We stayed 10 nights… next time we will stay a month!

The location is perfect. The pool and hot tub are amazing. The access to the beach is brilliant. Shops and the world best cafes are right next door.

The bed was a little hot.

It was fantastic over all

Location and car park a huge advantage

Very noisy in the room for families. Ok for groups of friends . The restaurants across the road and birds are quiet loud

It was just for a couple of nights so a short break.

Location wise right in town Hastings Street.

Apartment was a little small, didn't get a view just of the street below.

Very tired room & whole resort needs renovating, blinds in bedroom were hopeless, didn’t block light at all. All v worn out.

on Hastings st

the room 103 was a thoroughfare so noisy with people walking by our bedroom window at day and night. no privacy. next doors accomodation sandcastles night and day had bottles, rubbish garbage noise. lots of young families with screaming kids. beds were made each day but a few days there was sand on the sheets. I wouldn’t stay here again.

great space, bit we paid a lot of money for accomodation that we thought was more for adults but was taken over by famil

good size and clean. practical location.

I fixed the none soft close toilet seat that was loose (I am a builder… in the blood). in the shower they must have changed the shower head and the old fixing holes in the tiles were just grouted over. at the price of the stay not good enough. sticky tape residue on the window, not sure why. the biggest disappointed was the fact that the pool and jacuzzi area was taken over by kids and their parents. we wanted to enjoy the area but a blown up water volley ball net and kids dive bombing from the jacuzzi and pool spoilt the moment. also adults sitting in the pool whilst drinking beer from a glass bottle next to the pool was disappointing and not safe.

Clean comfortable apartments with lovely views and a great spot easy to all the aspects of Noosa

Location, easy stroll out to beach and hasting street

Pool area is from 7am which is a tad early if you want to enjoy a little sleep in
