Perfect place to relax and access the best of Agia Pelagia
The hotel is perfectly located above Agia Pelagia in walking distance to both great beaches and a load of really good restaurants. The hotel is really tranquil allowing you to appreciate the views and the facilities. the staff are very attentive and the restaurant and bar on site provide great and reasonable food and drink.

A few days in the sun, wish it had been longer
View fantastic as the hotel is set in the hillside overlooking two bays Breakfast superb, hot or cold with a wonderful selection Room had everything you could want and the cleaning staff all smiled every day, that's unusual at hotels.
I can't think of anything, but I would hire a car as Crete is quite hilly.

The pool could have been warmer.

Paradise for a week.
My first experience of traveling to Greece was very pleasant. Thanks to the hotel, staff, restaurant, customer care, I felt like in paradise. Very clean hotel, excellent service and sincere attitude. Amazing breakfasts in the restaurant, like a buffet, but cooked with love. A great start to the day was the meeting with the charming Maria, welcoming the guests of the hotel in the restaurant. And in the evenings, the kind Kostas greeted us in the restaurant. I want to say thank you to everyone in the kitchen. The family room (two small rooms) was clean, freshly renovated, large bathroom, shampoo and shower gel as a gift. The kitchen had a coffee machine and 2 capsules of coffee, tea, sugar for a couple of days, glasses, wine glasses, an ashtray, a wine opener. There were no cutlery and plates, but if necessary, this can be borrowed from the restaurant. The tap water throughout the island is undrinkable as it is highly chlorinated, we had to buy water from a nearby supermarket. I advise you to bring extra coffee capsules with you. The refrigerator also worked well. Cleaning was every day, one day light, another day more thorough, they also changed the towels. Very quiet and peaceful place with stunning views of the sea and mountains. We walked to the sea, it was a great cardio workout. Perfect hotel for a week's holiday.
Most of all, I didn't like the fact that the week flew by and the rest in this paradise ended. I can't say anything negative about the hotel.

Superb
Fantastic property with beautiful views over the bay. The highlight, however, was the staff - the helpfulness of Sofia and Georgios on the front desk, Maria and Kosta in the restaurant/bar - all very friendly and accomodating. Highly recommended!

Very good
The view is unbeatable! Giorgio at reception was great, very friendly and helpful all the time. The rooms are a not very modern but very comfortable. Good value for money. A lovely balcony to sit on oustide your room. It's a long windy walk down to the beach so I would recommend driving down to the beach. The area is great and has a charm to it. Agia Pelagia beach is also great for snorkeling if. You like snorkeling. They also have a great diving club on the beach. We really enjoyed our stay here.
Unfortunately we had a very unpleasant experience at breakfast. The breakfast is not great at all, food is not fresh and the cooked food tastes terrible. We arrived one morning at 10:10am with our 10 month old baby to have breakfast. My wife took a plate to put some food and as she was trying to put food, the lady working there just started taking all the food inside including the milk and juice. She then asked if breakfast was over. And was told yes, it's done. My wife was shocked and said ok, can we at least have some juice and milk for our tea, and can we just put food quickly, ( since we have paid for breakfast included) We literally had 2 minutes to quickly put something as she was in such a rush to clear up all the food. On top of that the juice is not fresh, it's like oros or lecol juive and even worse we weren't the only people there. There was still 2 other tables having breakfast. Who ends breakfast at 10am and then takes away all the food when you have paying guests trying to have breakfast. That's not good.
