La ubicación. Las camas estaban cómodas y baños limpios. El personal súper amable. Al ser un Holiday Inn cumple con el estándar, tan solo que las habitaciones con moqueta no dan el confort esperado

La localisation et le calme dans le bâtiment. La lumière "veilleuse" de la salle de bain, un + Au Petit déjeuner une spécialité locale : la zézette de Sète Il correspond au standart d'un hôtel ***

L'ampoule de ma lampe de chevêt défectueuse n'a pas été changée, La fenêtre ne s'ouvre pas complètement; La terrasse n'était pas ouverte pour le petit déjéuner (8H du matin) La vue sur un parking et Le lit n'a pas été fait entre la 1ère et la 2ème nuit !?!

Convenient location for car travellers going to/from holidays. Secure car parking, so luggage can stay in the boot overnight. Friendly staff on the Reception. Good choice of restaurants within walking distance.

The choice for breakfast could be slightly wider with some hot meals for those going for a long drive after breakfast.

Property located close to the highway. Was a conveniently located stop after our 12 hour drive. There were other options that were less expensive, however, as we needed a good night sleep we opted to stay here at 2x the price to ensure we were comfortable and had a great night sleep to resume our travels. Liked: • Protected Parking: though this was full and unavailable. • Breakfast Included: convenient to be in & out and drive on. It was not a “wow” breakfast but did have the basics. • Location: right off the highway, close to supermarket. • Parking: (Not thanks to the hotel personnel) but we did manage to figure out we could park on the street for minimal cost. • Sleep: Despite the AC not working, we did get a good night sleep, the property was quiet and we were not disturbed.

We were quite tired, and when inquiring about parking we got no response, or a rude reply. For the charged rates (and a €200 credit card deposit) we expected the property to be in better condition than it was. • Bathroom Items: The soap dispenser was empty • Toilet: toilet barely flushed and was an unpleasant experience • AC: present but not working • Friendly Service: not so friendly

The friendly, warm reception we received when we arrived. The pool was good to relax in and around after a long drive. The location was fantastic with places to eat just a 3-5 minute walk away. The tram stop into Montpellier was really handy too. The double bed was comfortable.

Not much

Parking places are extremely limited. They can offer only 6 - 7 places for 90 rooms! They should not be advertised as parking facility. The air condition was not working. The hotel is not clean.

Location was perfect. Good for families, lots of restaurants and amenities.

We had to change the room as the toilet was blocked and drained. The room that was provided after had the same problem, but to a lesser extent.

great location near the aquarium with private parking. one of the staff members went to get soy milk in the morning just for our breakfast!!

the shower drain was clogged and changing the date of our stay on booking.com was more complicated than could have been reasonably expected.

We were staying here second time, and in both we were treated very warm and friendly! We loved family rooms with a table, suitable for the family. Location is very convenient if you need to make a stop on the way, very close to highway.

The staff were extremely helpful and made me feel at ease. The free continental breakfast choice was very good. The room was superbly clean.

The mattress was very uncomfortable! I slept very poorly and awoke feeling stiff and sore. There was a very thin mattress topper which made no difference at all to the comfort of the mattress.

Room was cozy, clean and the staff was helpful.
