Excellent location about 400m walk to Prodains cable car and bus stop right outside. Traditional style
Food was an excellent set menu every evening reasonably priced wine list and nice breakfast

Friendly, happy staff. Good breakfast, great 4 course dinners. Location handy for ski shop and major Gondola to Avoriaz. Bus stop outside to go to Morzine. Quiet in hotel, but more lively nearby
Coffee making facilities in the room would have been nice. A little more lighting in the room would have helped at times

Breakfast and dinner were exceptional quality. Lovely warm atmosphere made by the careful attention to details, the decor and the staff. The staff were excellent and ran the hotel immaculately. Un grand merci à tout le monde !

1. We had two Coeliacs in our party. They informed us that their menu did not include gluten free options. Most of the meals were in fact gluten free and so all is well.
2. Our pick up transfer let us down, Aube pulled out all the stops to get us sorted, We got sorted and caught our flight
They are better than they are. When they chill you see the real people which is great.u

Relaxed friendly atmosphere in nice, family run hotel. Evening meals were one sitting at 7.30pm in nice restaurant, which worked really well, food was excellent and table staff were friendly and helpful.
Breakfast coffee & hot water delivery would work better if self-service, the machine was incredibly easy to use.
I would have liked options of full size croissants and/or pains au chocolat every day.
Cooked breakfast options very limited and I missed the tea/coffee and home made cake provided in most catered chalets apres-ski!

A quiet location. Convenient transport. Very clean. Excellent food. Helpful and cheerful staff. Warm and cosy. A good blend of traditional and modern.
Our dietary needs were well catered for. The home made genepi was superb. Very good boot and ski rooms. Skiing to the door was excellent. Snowshoeing in the forest behind the hotel was brilliant. A very well run hotel.
It would be churlish to be critical of anything.

Very cosy, simple and clean. The owner was nice, the staff were lovely. Olga and the other young lady were helpful and friendly. The chef provided very nicely balanced and filling meals every night, which were an excellent end to the day. Family friendly, chilled and perfect - if you want to avoid noisy drunken party crowds.
Nobody was there to check us in, which was a shame. But after the initial hiccup, everything else went smoothly.

Great location. Easy walk to ski shop and lift. Ski run back to near hotel at the end of the day .perfect .
Owner and her staff were all very friendly and helpful . Comfortable rooms . The evening meals were amazing . We really enjoyed our stay .
