-amazing location, close to everything but still in probably one of the ‘quiter’ places in Ksamil
-very close to cheap but nice beaches
-great breakfast choices given by very friendly host!! They speak well english and are welcoming
-every day cleaning, modern rooms and comfy beds, great sea view from the big balcony
-overall great stay!! We loved it there
-the shower is just something you have to get used to in Albania I guess, they did have a shower curtain which I REALLY appreciated.
There is nothing that really bothered us!!

The staff is very friendly, the food (breakfast and dinner) is phenomenal and the view is stunning. 10/10 and would definitely recommend going here.

The apartment in itself was fine, what we had expected.
After a few hours, we decided to change our plans because we didn’t like the town. When trying to speak to the staff to try to find a solution (maybe not paying the last of a 4 night booking) they were completely inflexible and even aggressive. I perfectly understand that it was a non-refundable booking and they were in their right to reject it. But being a hotel owner is also helping their guests and the bare minimum would be to have a calm conversation and not harassing my wife and scream at her.

This property had a great location and the guy who was helping us was incredible. Breakfast was included and you pick from a set list. It was good.
The air conditioning malfunctioned in the middle of the night so it was very hot in the room but they fixed it the next day.

I liked that they offered a menu for the breakfast, and it wasn't pre-set and the same every day. The staff was kind and helpful. The hotel was in a convenient location.
Not enough amenities in the room (no slippers, trash cans, coat hangers). Lots of infestation problems - ants and bugs. Also, not just the hotel, but many places nearby, restaurants, stores, coffee shops, didn't accept cards, only cash. Which made it quite inconvenient, cause any ATM had a flat fee of 800 ALL (around 8€) for pulling out cash. So before going to Ksamil, it's best to be prepared to have cash at hand. Some places accept euros as well, so that makes it slightly easier.

It was amazing! The hotel is near the beach, very good located! The owners are wonderful people! He cooked for us many times, delicious food! The breakfast is varied and consistent. Very clean the hotel, also! We recommend Hotel Elita with all of our hearts! I wouldn't stay in another place if I would return to Ksamil! We will be back, for sure! We enjoyed it a lot!

Staff were amazingly friendly and welcoming. They were available all day and night to help with anything we needed.
Location was perfect, incredible views, one minute walk from beach and bus stop. Far enough from the big clubs that the music at night was not a problem.

Nice balcony, ok place, clean. Breakfast (not baked eggs, because i like the egg white to be well done, not medium/rare, but I probably could have returned those).
The cleaning staff doesn’t seem to care if they bother anybody while they clean. The sound insulation is very poor, and the staff was playing their music loud, talking and laughing very loud while cleaning other rooms, so we couldn’t really rest in ours. There was also an unpleasant and weird “incident” with the boss.
Oh… also the clubs are quite loud until midnight. That didn’t bother us but it’s still nice to know in advance.

Very friendly host
When you have a room on ground level, you have to close the curtain or else everyone can look into the room.
This wouldn't be a problem, if the restaurant wouldn't be directly in front of the room, but we just closed it and it was fine.
Additionally the beach isn't really nice, way to comercial

Very pretty view from the room balcony and the outside dining area. Room rather simple (no decorations) but functional, with very handy fridge. 3 min walk to the beach and restaurants. Smiley chef. Manager or other staff available at the property day and night despite very quiet time after season.
It is slightly off the road so after the rain you need to walk through big puddles, the path needs be better lit in the night too. Vegan breakfast was very basic and small.

The view was amazing.. better than the pics :) nice location..easy walk to beaches and the village
Sleeping is only possible after 11 30.. maybe it's worth mentioning that .. music get very loud at night. But after 11 30 was just nice..
Room was good but no elevator.. we had to pay in cash but this is a common problem even in Saranda

Location was great, you start everyday with a delicious breakfast with different choices, made and served by a really nice staff, and looking at the beautifully landscape of sea and islands in the front. Also the room was great for rest, air conditioning working perfectly, noise and light isolation and really comfortable bed and pillows. It was a pleasure to spend some days there 😊
sea view from the room is on the side so it’s worst than we expected but they were really flexible with our booking changes so it might have affect the initial room we booked. Also bathroom and fridge in the room could be improved

Very nice view to the sea, others views from deferent sides are bad. Crepes where delish at the morning.
Very noisy was at the night because of restaurants and later because of the wind and some metals things at the roof, that is why we slept so bad.

It has a great view from the terrace over the beach
it’s a little bit noisy inside you can ear other guests getting in and out and the room was not comfortable because it had only white lights at the roof, the lamp it was broken, also the tv was not working and the fridge at the room it was off because it makes so much noise that is impossible to sleep with it on. The place is good but needs attention and reformulation.

The hosts were very kind and positive. The apartment was very clean and the hygiene was on high level. We had a wonderful sea view from the apartment. The breakfast was excellent.

This is nothing to do with the hotel as we couldn't ask for a better hotel.
The music from the town is very loud at times.
The beaches are all private so you have to pay to sit on them, and trying to get a sunbed after 10am in August is almost impossible.

The location was OK, but the surrounding area of the Hotel is depressing.
Coffee is good, breakfast is enough.
Very basic room facilities, bathroom is likely a hostel. Old AC, broken trashbin, room keys are available in any DIY stores.
Overall the place is higly overpriced and overscored. Price might be more acceptable in off-peak season.
