Clean, cozy and comfortable place with very friendly and helpful staff. We loved Dolce international and will definitely stay here the next time when visiting Skopje ♥️

Rooms on the fourth floor are quite large, labeled premium and deluxe, king size beds, with sitting area and fridges, very large bathrooms with spa tubs, nice and polite staff, pretty clean, towels are white and smell nice, one of the rooms had smart tv, wifi is fine

Pretty expensive for the value, location is too far from the center to go on foot, air condition is only barely cooling the room and in Macedonia you can be often welcomed with Sahara type weather, breakfast starts at 08.30h and is paid on top of pretty high price of the room, so if you checkout earlier you have to search for bakeries and lose time, beds too soft, pillows also very low and soft and filled with feathers. One of the rooms had water heater but no instant coffee given

Everything was excellent.The owner was very kind, he gave me a higher class room for the same price. The rooms very extra clean, breakfast was great and the staf was very helpfull and polite. So close to the city center. The best place for staying in Skopje.

Everything was fine no remarks

The bed was quite comfortable and there was plenty of closet space. The room was overall quiet. Allowed dogs.

Room was a bit claustrophobic

There are advantages, but they are few. Good renovation and interior of the hotel and rooms. The rooms have comfortable modern furniture and everything you need. Comfortable bed. There are cafes and grocery stores nearby. The staff are generally friendly and helpful.

On the other hand, there are many disadvantages. The hotel is in an inconspicuous location, so it was difficult to find it. In addition, there is no flat road leading to it, so it was inconvenient to get with bags. In the first room, where we checked in, the toilet did not work. So we had to change the room and move our language. In the second room, the toilet was working. However, there was a black bar on the TV screen. We were tired and already decided not to change the room. Nevertheless, it perfectly shows the condition of the hotel. Overall, it was unpleasant check-in at the hotel. It should be noted that the location is not the best for guests without a car. The hotel is removed from the centre. It takes about 30 minutes on foot to get to it. The bus journey takes the same or even more time, so the only options left are either a taxi or a long walk. This is especially sad when you understand that you also need to go back to the hotel for so long time. Before check-out, we asked the staff to call and find out the time and cost of the bus transfer to the airport. The administrator began to persuade us and impose taxi services. However, we insisted on our own. After the call, the administrator said the price exceeded the cost of a taxi. We were very surprised by this and decided that the quoted price was incorrect. As a result, we went by bus transfer and the price was several times lower than the staff said. We don’t know the wrong price was said on purpose or accidentally, but in any case, unpleasant memories remain and I don’t recommend using any of the services of this hotel. Overall,poor value for money. For this cost, you can find a better option or pay a little extra and live in a better location and conditions in another place.
