Very kind and professional staff eager to accomodate and provide every type of convenience. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Climbing the stairs was part of the charm of staying in Ponza and we loved coming “home” every time. Taxis (boats and cars) arrive within minutes. Sharing the large terrace with another family was not a problem at all, actually was nice to be near another happy family. In the past we always stayed in best hotels of the island but for our next trip I would definitely contact Maridea for a private home. Thanks, guys!!!

bed linen and towels had to be paid separately at a cost of 15€/person. It was written in the fine prints, but I didn't notice it and anyway at that price I would have thought such basic items would have been included.

The apartment in the pictures posted on Booking was different from the apartment that we got. The apartment that we got was physically near the apartment that was in the posted pictures, at least. But the apartment in the posted pictures was nicer than what we got -- the one in the pictures had a balcony, etc. When we raised the issue with them they said 'Not our issue, you have to talk to Booking.com'.
