Für ein Kurztrip optimal

Zentral, direkt am Wasser mit einem schönen kleinen Park. Direkt nebenan ein sehr guter Italiener. Das Bett war sehr groß und gemütlich. Personal sehr freundlich und es gibt die Optionen für ein early check in und late check out für einen angemessenen Preis.

Fenster zu klein für mein Geschmack und sehr hellhörig

Ruhig und sie zum Zentrum

Grundsätzlich war das Bett ganz gut, stand leider im Gefälle Richtung Kopf. Haben uns umgedreht um schlafen zu können.

Overall a great stay!

Very nicely furnished, very confortabile bed, nice staff. Although there is no window it felt airy and nice, also due to the fake window which managed to make the ilusion of a bigger space with a view. Reading the reviews before i was afraid that the room would smell stuffy and mouldy due to lack of natual ventilation which wasn’t the case. Great stay. Ingenious design and nice idea with the natural light in the seeling.

The bathroom sink did not drain properly which was annoying.

mattress kept sliding down on one side, the wooden beams above bed were dangerously bad when trying to go to the loo at night and my husband bashed his head couple of times

Nice boutique hotel in the cultural heart of Utrecht.

Great decor, free coffee, fantastic location in Utrecht, mini bar, happy staff, mostly comfortable room.

I specifically chose a room with no windows to sleep after a festival. Unfortunately there is a skylight that would not close 100% letting in daylight. The doors were not good at all, sound travelled easily from the other rooms and the hallway.

Affordable but went for a work trip and wasn’t the best place for that. Better as a holiday stay.

Very big and comfy bed! Affordable.

towels and sheets very clean but room was dusty and bins not emptied when i got to my room first day. also very thin walls and quite loud in the night when trying to sleep.

best Utrecht stay so far

everything! nice location, stuff and the room. it was modern, super comfortable, clean! and the tech vibe! they use chat bot to help you with the stay

well, breakfast was served by a very nice lady and in general was good, but I missed some hot meal options

great location and lovely room, I would book this again

Nice big room, huge and amazing bed, very nice shower.

Our room was to the back with a micro window that could only be reached by climbing onto a chair. There was barely any natural light in the room. The house also seems to be built with wooden ceilings so in the lower floor you hear a lot of footsteps from the stairs and above.

Long weekend with friends and my husband to visit my son. Would certainly go back but wouldn’t pay extra for the bigger

Great location. Super friendly staff. Gorgeous smelling toiletries. Very helpful member of staff booked a restaurant for us . Happy to give us extra coffee pods. Nice to have a fridge in the room. Good to be able to park ( extra fee) Amazing comfy bed.

We paid extra for a bigger room . It was big but very dark with a tiny window too high to see out of. We may as well have had no window. Towels a bit thin. Got woken by drunk guest trying to get into our room at 2am. Certainly not the fault of the staff but not nice.

Not great value for money - would rather choose a slightly more expensive hotel closer to train

Room was sold as "City view", but it was ground floor facing street, which meant you have to keep the blinds closed and very noisy

Excellent location in midtown, a very nice stay with a small child if on ground floor.

Location is excellent The room we were at wqs very convenient, Large bathtub and sink The rooms at the ground floor are also more convenient due to the roof above, on the second level the room was a little oddly shaped and less functional. We later switched to a larger ground floor room which wax excellent- Ask zoecifically for roon 12.

It is impossible to know in advance if the room willl be on the ground floor or if stair will be needed to get tocthe room as this is not specifically indicated when booking The air conditionier was not properly working as well as the remote control. Sometimes there were'nt large towels at the reception, only small one's (this happened in the morning)
