We are located directly in the Heart of Grace Bay Beach...Location, Location, Location! With 18 units total, you have privacy, location, and convenience. This condo has been booked with many happy guests throughout the past years, and now the new sole owner is upgrading and making it even better. Our 60+ Five STAR REVIEWS didn't pass on, but rest assure it's even better now. We are directly on Grace Bay Beach in a premium location. We've added a few reviews in our photo section from our guest book, so take a look - all stellar! The Grandview on Grace Bay is an all Beach Front resort located directly on Grace Bay Beach, and known as one of the most beautifully placed properties on the island. With only 18 fully air conditioned private resident suites (perfectly suitable for couples or families), you have an intimate feel, aren't overwhelmed by the crowds; all while being located near many conveniences. We are in high demand for our location and for our service. You have a view of Grace Bay from this luxury condo and are literally within a few steps to the pool and Grace Bay Beach. Additionally, this wonderfully decorated corner suite boasts westward windows to catch the magnificent sunsets over Grace Bay. Plenty of light throughout the day, and if you choose to open the windows, wonderful cross breezes. Of course we are air conditioned, so have no fear. This 2 bedroom condo has approximately 1900 square feet, so you have more than ample room to expand. The master suite includes a king bed and a master bath with separate shower and jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom includes a queen and two twins for those extra needs. We even added a Queen Murphy Bed just in case. The gourmet kitchen is perfection - with granite counter tops, built in wine chiller, and includes everything to meets your needs. We also have our own grill just outside the door. Eat in a night or two and relax, enjoy the beach and take in the sunset. The property includes the designer pool and hot tub, dedicated WiFi inside and out (we all need this in today's age), bath house, small on-site gym, hammock, and hot tub Jacuzzi. We are convenient to the golf course and casino - and within walking distance to gourmet restaurants, super market and boutique shopping. Beach chairs are located both at the pool and beach for your convenience, and placed out for you each day! No need to rush out in the morning. Our island coordinator will assist with you needs, and we provide the necessities for a wonderful stay. We want you to be happy, and if we are not a good fit, we'll recommend something more suitable - although, we are a very good fit! We also include a secure online payment system for your protection. This final item is important, and we hope you feel the same. You have too many other things to worry about - and this just makes life easier. Our family had an amazing stay at this rental property. Regina was able to help us check in quickly and give us a quick tour to welcome us. She was very prompt with answering any questions or concerns throughout our stay. The location of the property allows you to be close to everything you could need, while still being quiet and secure. Since the unit is on the first floor and so close to both the pool and beach it was easy to take both of our young children back and forth multiple times a day. We also loved having the screened in porch to be able to dry off/change towels etc. before walking inside. We used the grill several times, which was very convenient. We hope to return and stay there again!

Grandview 106 was perfect for our stay. The condo is on the eastern end of Grace Bay. It is right on the beach. The condo is well equipped, spacious, clean and modern. We did use a rental car but would have loved to scooter or bike instead. Everything to do is nearby—no more than a 10 minute drive. The pool, hot tub and boardwalk to the beach are right outside the back glass door. The outdoor furniture is well maintained and the beach chairs, tables and umbrellas are set up for use every morning. The beach outside the condo is sugar sand and the water is crystal clear. The reef along Grace Bay beach is further west so no snorkeling at the condo—you may see some fish. There’s water sports available right next to the condo. I was a little nervous about checking in because I did not arrange for international service and could not connect to wifi at the airport. We trusted the airport parking lot attendant and drove “straight” towards the tallest building (the Ritz) then turned after a casino. And as if by magic Regina appeared to welcome us. It turned out we didn’t miss being connected, wifi at the condo was enough. Everything on vacation is pricey but be prepared, Turks and Caicos seems to be a little more. Provision at the grocery store for easy eating and drinking—it’s still more than you’re going to be used to but helps. The wine establishment is close by and remarkably reasonable with great recommendations and tastings. Lovely stay!

We had a wonderful stay at the Grandview. Communication with Regina and Charles was great. The condo was well stocked to meet all of our needs. It is located on a beautiful stretch of Grace Bay beach and within walking distance to restaurants. We are looking forward to returning to this beautiful property.

I cannot say enough good things about the Grandview. The location is perfect-close enough to restaurants and shopping, but an uncrowded part of Grace Bay. The condo comes with plenty of supplies (beach towels, laundry detergent, trash bags, toys, etc) which helps with what is needed for suitcases. There is a full size kitchen with plenty of dishes and utensils. Regina and Charles provided excellent communication before and during our stay. The murphy bed was very nice and allowed for everyone to be comfortable for the week. The fireworks over the condo was such a beautiful surprise! We will definitely stay in this condo the next time we return to this beautiful island!

6 adults stayed in this gorgeous condo for the week of June 3rd-10th. With a washer/drier in the condo, we were able to pack light. Full sized beach towels were provided, along with many other amenities. We don't usually prefer the floor units, but this couldn't have been more PERFECT! Literally walk right out to the pool (no noise from there, which we were leery of), or straight onto the short boardwalk to the beach. The chairs and umbrellas were set up every morning, we never struggled for a place to hang out. The shops are a short walk to get to, along with a pier, and lots of fantastic restaurants. We didn't rent a car, we just planned ahead for our transportation to and from the airport. The beach was STUNNING, the water insanely clear, and we would 100% rent from here again.

This condo is located in the heart of Grace Bay Beach. This is a first floor unit, just a few steps from the pool and beach. The condo is walking distance to several restaurants and a short drive to the grocery store. It is well maintained and has been renovated recently. Regina, the on-site contact person, is extremely warm, welcoming, and helpful. She will go out of her way to make sure you have a wonderful trip. The check in/out process was very easy. We are a family of four with two daughters, ages 15 and 11. We had plenty of space. I highly recommend this unit! My only suggestion is to provide additional water/ beach toys (e.g., beach paddle ball). Sand toys were provided.

Wonderful week at The Grandview
We had a terrific time at the Grandview condo on Grace Bay! The Condo had everything we needed, it was perfectly stocked with all the essentials, it was clean and comfortable and on the most beautiful beach! We loved being in a smaller sized property where there was no need to get up early to save a chair and just steps from the beach.

Perfect Get Away
The property was beautiful, location was great. Grace Bay beach was stunning. Great communication with property owner & manager. Glad we rented a car to make it easy to get to restaurants & grocery but a few good restaurants within walking distance. We did a 1/2 day snorkeling tour which was a lot of fun. Overall, fabulous experience

Truly wonderful location on Grace Bay. This unit has walk-out access to the pool/hot tub and the beach just beyond. Chairs and umbrellas were waiting for us each day and the beach here is just perfect. We spent a lot of time just floating in the clear blue water. Perfect beachfront location
From start to finish this was a great rental situation. Charles was informative, communicated promptly, and made great recommendations. Regina, the concierge, is the real star of the show however. From the moment we arrived she was available and more helpful than you can imagine. Throughout our stay she checked in with us to be sure we were enjoying our stay and had everything we needed. I can't thank her enough. The condo is located just steps from the beach, has all the kitchen accessories you need, plenty of space, and our very favorite thing -- the wonderful screened in porch overlooking the pool and ocean. I can't recommend Charles's property enough. We can't wait to return.

We had a great week at this property. The unit looks and is equipped exactly as pictured and described. The bed set-up was perfect for my family. Excellent communication with the host and on-island hostess. Location was great on Grace Bay beach. It was helpful to have a car, however, not required.

Amazing beachfront location with tons of space for family of five
We had a great vacation week at the Grandview. The amazing beachfront location right on beautiful Grace Bay beach was awesome. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub, which were never crowded and along with the beach easily accessible from the ground floor condo. The two bedroom condo had plenty of room for our family of 5 and was a great alternative to the resorts where space is much more limited. The kids enjoyed having their own beds and having a full kitchen with living+dining room was convenient for our weeklong stay. The location was very convenient, just a short walk or drive to nearby resorts, restaurants and other attractions and boat tours that picked you up right at the beach near the condo. Charles was a great host and Regina our rental coordinator was wonderful and made sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be back.

Fully equipped, clean and beautiful condo in a gated, quiet and lovely complex right on the beach! There were plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas set up for us everyday which I loved. The complex is small so there is no rushing to get a beach chair in the morning-there are plenty available everyday. Everything in the condo was very nice, comfortable beds and and check in process was very easy. We enjoyed walking right next door to Grace Bay club and West Indies for dinner too. We would love to come back and stay in this awesome condo!

Glorious stay at Grandview!
A perfectly located property in Grace Bay. Our host was super helpful before and during our stay and made our trip easy and stress free. Beautiful location with a lovely pool and direct access to the beach. Thoroughly recommend! There was some renovation work being done on a couple of the condos which was noisy but assume this is only temporary as out of season.

We had the pleasure of meeting the owner Charles and his family during our stay who offered up some great restaurant suggestions.
I would recommend Cocovan, a fun outdoor converted Airstream just a short walk. The Grill at Seven Stars resort and drinks at the Infinity bar. Both which were a 2 minute walk in the evening.
For activities we did Provo Ponies which was so much fun. The owners were so kind and friendly as were all of the locals. And SUPProvo for an Eco Paddleboard tour with Chris.
Don't miss this place if you like a quieter setting that is close to everything.

If you are looking for a quiet getaway, without having to deal with elevators and a lot of people, then this property is for you. It is a small group of condos and we saw 10 people at the most during the week we were there. The pool is small and secluded. There is a small condo property on one side and a 4-story property on the other. If you are looking for a little more fun, there is a foot path to the larger property and they have a large outdoor bar where everyone hangs out. It is great for viewing the sunset with a drink. The Ritz is the largest resort and it is opening further down the beach. That makes this condo an even better place to stay for peace and quiet.
This was our first visit to Turks and we were amazed at how beautiful it is. The hotel occupancy was at 85% and we didn't see more than 50 people in total during our walks on the beach. The locals say it is busier in December/January when the Europeans take Holiday, but it is never crowded. The water is a constant cool temperature and we didn't find a need for the pool other than when we wanted to get out of the sun.
The plus of this condo vs. a resort, other than the solitude, is the kitchen. Food is extremely pricey in the store and even more so when you eat out. We ate out the first night and 4 burgers, 4 beers, and 2 bottles of water was $185. We aren't averse to those prices, but when you think of 21 meals in a week it adds up to more than the cost of the stay. Our groceries for the week were around $600 and we ate at restaurants 5 times. I recommend driving to Da Conch Shack for sunset dinner. They have tables on the beach, live music, and a dance floor. The food isn't high end, but it is a casual, island atmosphere.
I recommend renting a car to get around. Driving is on the left, but it isn't hard to adjust considering that the island is small. There is only 2 areas geared for tourists that consist of a few blocks.
Finally, I highly recommend a private island hopping boat for the day. We spent the day snorkeling, eating lunch on the beach, and swimming the entire day. It was really nice just being on the water with your own family. There is an option with a group for around $230 pp; that would be worthwhile as well. You should book your adventures before you travel. We usually wait until we arrive and have a chance to figure out what we want to see and we could only find 2 places that had availability that week.

We loved our stay at Grandview. Super clean unit and very well kept property. the best part about it was the owner Charles. From the minute we booked, he was available if we had any questions. Always responded within the hour. We will 100 percent stay there again. Thank you for a great trip
