The property is fully enclosed with a gated entrance with lots of amenities such as the pool, outdoor shower, smart tvs, ample lounging areas, board games, grill and more. We can arrange grocery shopping so your fridge is stocked upon arrival, chef services, transportation to and from the airport. Our team is always available to assist in making your trip to the beautiful island of Puerto Rico the best ever! Only 35-40 min drive from the San Juan Airport. The villa is equipped with all the essentials from towels and linens, to shampoo and soaps, and all of the kitchen equipment needed to whip up a gourmet meal. For play time, there are board games, cornhole set, paddle boards, and plenty of entertaining spaces to enjoy. At night, the entire property lights up with a warm inviting glow. String lights hang from the pergolas provide your own personal shining stars and the bubble glass sconce lights shimmer and twinkle. We've created the perfect place to Rejuvenate, Relax, Indulge, Laugh, Dance, or Let Go. Services: We go above and beyond for our guests providing a multitude of services such as transportation to and from the airport, booking excursions, private chef services, grocery shopping, event set up and more. Our team is prepared to make sure you and your friends and family have the best experience possible. Home Layout is as follows: Apartment or ground floor level is located just off the carport with its own entrance. Inside it has a dining room, living room, and two bedrooms. There is a full bathroom shared by both bedrooms. 2nd Story Level- has its own entrance that faces the driveway. You enter into a foyer or common area before ascending a flight of stairs. At the top of the stairs is a dining room, that is open to the kitchen, then the living room is on the ocean side. Off the living room is a large balcony on the oceanside with panoramic views of the ocean and El Yunque rainforest. There is an outdoor living room set as well as a 4 person dining table on this balcony. This level has a half bath off the dining room and then two large master suites. These two rooms are the same size with their own bathrooms attached. Both bedrooms are connected to large balconies. Awesome Ocean views that can be seen throughout this level. There is also a staircase off the oceanside balcony that takes you down to the path to the ocean. 3rd Level/Loft- There is a spiral staircase that is in the corner of the dining room that takes you to the 3rd level. There is an open loft living room, a full large bathroom, and a private bedroom. Through the bedroom there is a complete wrap around balcony with amazing panoramic ocean and rainforest views. Guest House- Is a completely separate structure from main house featuring three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Main house and guest house are included together with every booking. You will not share the property with anybody. We recommend renting a vehicle as the property is 45 min from san juan.

Please be fully aware before booking, that this property has NO hot water. We immediately notified our host Richard (he may have been the only positive of the stay and he was extremely attentive in all other matters).
However, he had told us that he contacted the owner of the property about the hot water issue and he had said "the house's water heater only runs on solar."
We thought this to be ridiculous, since it was an 8 bedroom vacation rental property on the beach and hot water should be a necessity at all times...however since it was cloudy that day, we unfortunately took him at his word and waited another day.
However, the next day was completely sunny, but yet again no hot water. We had 11 adults and toddlers who had to take cold showers on their vacation. The kids were crying hysterical each time and it completely ruined our stay.
We reiterated to our host the hot water was still not working and were once again assured it was solar and another day of sun would fix it.
It never did, he came out to "look" at it, and promised he was in touch with the owner and assured us he would resolve it.
He never did, we left and after countless promises to resolve, he completely ghosted us.
At this point we are positive the owner had known of the broken hot water and rented the property to us anyway.
The lack of basic amenities such as hot water is unacceptable and significantly affected our ability to enjoy our stay comfortably.

Accommodations were fantastic and everything as advertised! Our family and friends had a wonderful time, highly recommended for large groups.

The house manager Jacob is awesome and super helpful. The house is unique as it is somewhat spit up , which made it perfect for a large group of adults, that also might want some privacy. Everything was clean and functioning. It is probably worth noting , that there is a circular stair going up to the loft which has a bedroom , bath and living room with the bath being off the living area. We were multi-generational and some of our 65 plus were not comfortable going up the stairs.
15 of us stayed here very comfortably.
There were plenty of beach towels, and even nice chairs and umbrellas to take to the beach. 2 refrigerators in the main kitchen were great. Pool was wonderful after the day at the beach.
If you are concerned about the one bad rating , Please ignore the house is in very good condition and works really well for large groups. We would definitely stay again.

Our family spent 11 nights on this property. Prior to arriving the conversations with Jacob was excellent to alleviate our concerns with a recent negative post. We were reassured that significant improvements had been made to the property, including a few photos.
We loved staying at the property given the large group we had. The loft. the first floor, and the newly remodeled stand along rooms allowed our family to spread out with comfort. We loved the outside porches, access to the ocean with kayaks, and even found the natural coral in the sea. The house had enough bedding, lines, and beach towels , plus the two washers and dryers were quite helpful. Quiet neighborhood, and close to grocery stores and restaurants.
Of course a few things came up, Jacob was very responsive. We will certainly consider this house for a future vacation.

The house was extremely spacious and the beds were so comfy. Property had everything. We had a group of 11 and we were all very comfortable without feeling on top of each other.

The owner Charles Will cheat you and use vrbo rules to take advantage of you to get payment, when you arrive and the home is not as advertised he will make his staff promise a portion of refunds and then ghost you. VRBo will not help you even if you have messages in writing. I am a pro-small business owner and love the shared housing concept, for the price points paid it wasn’t a luxury rental. Bottom Half of the property smelled of sewage and mildew 3 bedrooms couldn’t be utilized and a portion of our guests slept on sofas that were supposed to be sofa beds but the sofa bed had no Matress in it lol nightmare. Home exterior is exactly as advertised, inside is not even close. The property staff promised home was going to get renovated to as advertised and apologized repeatedly. I am sure that was a pitch so that we would give them good reviews. Charles owns a few properties so make sure before you stay to have them facetime you the units to make sure it is as advertised,.

The property manager and owner made it easy to check in and the property was visually what we anticipated. The views of the ocean were beautiful. The access to the ocean and kayaks were an added bonus. There was some issues with hot water and air conditioner leaking, however the property manger was on call to answer all questions or concerns. The space for all family members and the locations were convenient and in a great location to other beaches and shopping. Very nice quiet area.

The beds were comfortable, and the outdoor spaces were beautiful. It wasn't fully clear to me at time of booking that the 2 downstairs bedrooms were in a separate suite sharing one bathroom, and the condition of this smaller apartment is not yet as nice as the main 3br house above. That said, the location is amazing and Jacob, the house manager was so sweet, helpful and responsive to anything we needed. We worked with Sergio at FixaTrip to arrange a private chef for one night and it was AMAZING. The area was safe, we walked around for exercise and it was lovely. There are plastic chairs down by the ocean which we used to sit in the water and talk and drink and enjoy the perfect clear warm water. We were a quick 30 mins to El Yunque (SO wonderful), 45 mins to the airport. I'd stay here again.

I chose this property to celebrate my 40th bday with my close friends. Getting to the home and check in was no problem but we quickly notice the place was not cleaned well, had some issues and realized the property did not align with the description provided at time of booking. The main house area did not have a way to lock the house as the hardware was broken. We were told as long as we keep gate to property closed we should be alright but that left some guests uncomfortable. We also had trouble with cabinets coming off when you opened a door, bathroom hardware coming off, hammock broke when I sat it in, pool/jacuzzi never worked correctly the entire stay and would drain and flood daily around 5pm, no clear bottom canoes or pool table at the property as advertised, ping pong table had clips to hold it together which didn’t work very well most of the paddles were broken, even the blender in the kitchen was broken. The house manager was quick to respond to any call/texts but no resolution was able to be provided during our stay. The house did come with two kayaks which made it nice to be able to go out in the ocean and snorkel around the caves and we made the most out of our stay but would have appreciated the property description to be more realistic with what the property has to offer and the upgrades that are being done.

Two Families - Plenty of Room
Great time in Puerto Rico, the location and accommodations were outstanding. The views from the house are fantastic! Very clean and modern. We had 4 adults and 4 teenagers and plenty of room, the house is huge. Drive from the airport was about 30 minutes.
No amenities were missing, plenty of beach towels, Internet was fast and available throughout the property, cable TV, snorkels, canoe and life jackets, gaming consoles for the kids, kitchen was well stocked and the washer/dryer came in handy. Local restaurants and grocery stores are close.
How we spent our days:
• Spend a day at Luquillo public beach. Beautiful blue water and nice sand. Local restaurants and bars next to it. 12 minute drive.
• Toro Verde Zipline. Two hour crazy drive but if you have teens, they will love it.
• A day at the house. We spent hours wading out (it’s knee deep for about 100 yards), canoeing, snorkeling, etc.
• Old San Juan. The food is outstanding, many sites to visit. About a 40 minute drive from the house.
• Wyndham Grand Rio Mar Resort. Plenty of pools, beach and cocktails. 5 minute drive.
We had other plans (Catamaran Flamenco Beach, El Yunque Forest, Bioluminescent Bay) but the island went on lock down due to COVID-19.
Charles took care of everything and was responsive when we had questions. He went out of his way to assist us, offering help if we got ‘stuck’ on the island because of the COVID-19 outbreak….outstanding customer service.
We will definitely be back.

We don't want to leave!
We had an amazing time in Puerto Rico! This home is fully equipped with everything you need for a wonderful vacation. We started our days on the porch watching the sunrise over the ocean. The house has amazing views from all angles. Our trip's purpose was a wedding in El Yunque, but this house rental was the hub for the family gatherings. We celebrated Thanksgiving here- grilled up some steaks and seafood and had a most memorable time.
Our host, Charles, greeted us at the house and showed us around. He was very responsive and accommodating with anything we needed. It's obvious he takes great pride in this home, as it has nice furniture, very comfortable beds, and beautiful coastal decor.
Usually I am ready to go home at the end of a vacation, but I could easily stay here forever! We will definitely be back! If we could give 6 stars we would!
