An Amazing experience

We loved our location. Loved the nature, loved the staff, we loved the food. We loved how helpful everyone was with everything. We loved seeing all the animals from Monkeys, cats and dogs. We loved how the staff took pride in keeping the place clean. We loved how friendly everyone was and so sweet to us.

We didn't like the shower room, we prefer the water contained.

See the sunrise at soul Breeze!

Really good breakfast, absolutely stunning view, fan cooled down the room well. Didn't see a lot of mosquitoes but used the available net. Quiet. Good food, great vibes and oh my goodness the views are stunning. I had a fabulous time. This isn't just a party place or something. So chill. Clean and really cosy bed. The mattress was better than many higher rating hotels I've stayed in. It's like a real firm memory foam or something. Only complaint is the awkward too hot or cold shower and the toilet took several attempts to flush. There's also not a good convenient store around and they don't have any shampoo in the bathroom. I would otherwise highly recommend soul Breeze Beach Resort. Sunrise is epic there.

Toilet took several tries to flush. Shower was dated and like scalding hot until you play with it awhile.

Amazing!

The people were very friendly and the rooms were comfortable, clean and there was enough space! the resort had two pools and had a great location next to the beach (the beach was accessible via the resort). The food and drinks were very good and the resort plans a lot of fun activities throughout the week. Also, you can plan trips through the reception. There is also security at the beach, so you’ll feel very safe. 10/10 recommend.

The resort was located a little outside Diani Centre, so you always had to take the tuktuk or a taxi, but the prices were cheap so it was not really a problem.

I loved its relaxed vibes, all activities opennair. The mosquito net around the bed, location right at the beach.

Great place for budget travellers.Right on the beach.

Great value for money hotel.Suits the younger traveller, especially Kite surfers. Great location right on the beach with bar, food service.

Simple but exquisite

Very beautiful hotel. Staff was friendly, restaurant on site, food was affordable and best of all are the beach activities. Never a dull day at soul breeze. Somewhere i would visit again!

I enjoyed the warm treatment from the staff at the reception and restaurant.The closeness to the beach and the band!

Improve on the breakfast,have variety,let it be enough.what you charge and what you offer does not match.

Super great place for relax, beach, eating well.

The direct access to the beach, the nice garden and facilities to do sports and chill out. The place was beautiful and the staff were very friendly. Also the food was great!

Overall, it's cool resort; however, management needs to address the plumbing & cleaning staff issues

Both Janet and Ivy are extremely professional and attentive. Janet assisted in making a last-minute adjustment to stay in a bigger room with a balcony. Likewise, Ivy went above and beyond with a thorough tour of other rooms with an awesome view and more amenities, demonstrating the utmost in customer care. I highly suggest promoting Ivy to management. The chef/cook prepare tasty meals, especially the grilled octopus and grilled calamari. Also, the bartender mixed drinks to near perfection. Njeri is a very honest waitress. I overpaid on a breakfast; however later that day, she ran up to me with the balance. I appreciated that.

There wasn't any hot water; thus having to take cold showers for three days. To make matters worse, it was sea water. I could taste it while washing my face. After dropping off the room key at the reception desk (at 11:30 AM), the cleaning staff failed to sanitize the room upon return at 6:30 PM later that day. They didn't empty the waste bin, sweep and mop the floor (sandy), provide fresh towels or even change the bedsheets, leaving an unmade bed.

Soul Breeze was a really beautiful experience of Diani. Everyone was so friendly staff and other guests. The reception team were awesome at helping us get all the rooms we need, the other team in the kitchen were great too in getting extras we need to make our stay a success

A room with a view...not.

The small restaurant at the beach was nice, friendly staff and fast service, very good breakfast. The girl in the reception was very friendly.

The room. We paid extra for a room with "sea view", "yes the sea is behind the trees". The mattress was very old and uncomfortable, replace! Dont expect a fancy resort, more of a ok pack packers resort.

Very poor hotel room. The worse I have seen all my life. My rating for the room is zero

Nice environment close to the beach and good food though.

It is probably the worst hotel room I have seen in my life. I had to change my hotel, I couldn't sleep in this room. No AC, the widow glass couldn't close fully, an old fan available.....

An affordable intimate gem in Diani.

The hotel is beach front, Clean and the staff are very friendly and always helpful and there was entertainment too. The prices are very friendly and it's location is great too.

Lack of variety on the breakfast menu and preferational treatment in issuing of the welcome drink and other refreshments during breakfast. Could also do a face lift of the entrance path to the hotel.
