Rooms are comfortable, clean and modern.

We didn't receive the value of room we booked and paid for due to the cleaning lady going for surgery. We had one wash cloth for dishes, no towels to dry or a drying rack. There are also no hand towels for the bathrooms, just the 2 large towels to shower with. We also found the traffic noise very loud.

New Building, well cared for.

Didn’t realize construction would be right beside us. It wasn’t that bad and probably reflected the price we paid because it is a fairly new building.

Construction starting at 730am, would be nice if the pool was heated, jacuzzi tub could've been warmer. It would've been nice to have 2 keys for both adults.

washer/dryer wasn’t available, furniture was old, dated and some in bad condition. furniture distribution was also bad. lighting in the apartment was terrible, very bright office like white light throughout. accent lights in bathroom don’t work either neighbors using pool had loud music and some bathed with clothes on. another neighbor was banging on his door very loudly late one night (it was actually scary). parking garage door wasn’t working properly. only one set of keys for tenants. no batteries on one remote control for the electric shades the place has potential but fails to deliver on many levels

Location was a bit away from main strip but all in all safe secure and quiet what we wanted to relax and rest once we were back after being out and about all day (fyi Karla great host attentive and great communicater from day 1)

Location, close to restaurants, close to the mall, Sams, Walmart etc. Apartments nice and spacious, pool is also nice. They allow extra people which is perfect for big families to stay together. AC / Wifi worked great! Nice ocean view

I didn’t like the fact that check in was at 3pm but my apartment wasn’t ready until 6:45pm which was a huge inconvenience. We also didn’t have clean towels until 10pm that night which was another huge inconvenience because we had to dry ourselves with our clothes.

No direct Beach access...but we already know that...
