The apartment is very cozy, furnished in a refined style, every detail is thought out. We sincerely recommend it to all who hold a high class.

I prefer to park in front of the house where I am staying, but everyone knows that in Kavala this is difficult to achieve. The good thing is that there is a paid parking lot nearby and can be parked for a long time.

We liked everything! The place is near the center and close to all shopping area, close to the seaside. There is many parkings nearby. It was extremely quiet and comfortable. I highly recommend it!

Difficult to find free parking.

First i have to say thanks to the owner Adell. The check in - check out process is self made so never meet her in person, however she offered a lot of useful informations and tips over the wattsup in a timely and professional manner. Very good customer relationship. Secondly about the studio: 2 min walk to the old town, clean and with all the tools you need and expect to find in an apartment/studio. Maybe a bit noisy cause there are a lot of scuters and motos in the city, but during the night it's ok. You can find nearby: a lot of coffe shops, grocery store, supermarket, and 5 to 10 min walk a lot of restaurants in the port.

Parking is a lottery in front of the building. If you travel with kids and have a bunch of lagguages this might be important. However there is a parking 2-3 minutes away, it cost 4.8 eur/day. Like most of the Kavala buildings this one is old to... so the inside and outside look might not be so apealling....

Great and very well-equiped and modern apartment, even a washing machine, two irons, a Netflix account and many lights one can choose from. It is very modern, clean and beautifully decorated. Easy and comfortable check-in, very nice host who answered very quickly. The city is in walking distance and the apartment is above a bakery which smells and tastes delicious. Overall, there's nothing more to wish for.

The apartment is very clean, Aspasia is super responsive and helps you with everything you need. The location is great, very close to the cliff and to shops, considering that Kavala is all about hills. Thr apartment has everything you need. At the ground floor there is an awesome bakery.

You don't find parking place all the time.

We had a great stay at Adell Luxury Apartments. The apartment is very nice and very well equipt, also is close to city center and Kavala port. There is a supermarket close, 5 min walk, also parking near by. Adell was very prompt and helpfull with information about restaurants and beaches. Thank you Adell for a great stay.

Very nice place, extremely clean and stylish. The bed is very comfortable. There is everything that you need. Coffemachine is for Schwarz coffee. Paid parking near by. Location is good, quiet place, easy to reach center on foot.We enjoyed our stay!
