Situated in Midtown, this lovely condo for $1,005 per night is a great option for your next break. Located in Midtown East of Manhattan, logistically perfect, in the middle of all the action but on a quiet residential block AND it can accomodate your large group. The apartment has a unique setup with a wall of windows on the back to let in plenty of light and a beautiful view of your private garden that can be used during the daytime. The layout is across 2 floors so there is plenty of room to spread out for large groups. Upon entry, conveniently located are two large bedrooms, each with private bathrooms. Downstairs, the living room welcomes you with an open layout, complete with the kitchen and laundry in the middle and last but not least, another bedroom tucked in the back with a bathroom right next to it that bing your bedroom and bathroom count to 3. Getting down to detail, you'll find all furniture and decor to be fresh and new, beds fitted with sanitized, premium hotel quality bedding, fluffy towels in place for everyone. Bathrooms also furnished with toiletries, hair dryers. Kitchen is ready for your arrival with a Keurig coffee maker and coffee, equipped to cook and entertain the whole party. Some casual things to consider: We can usually accommodate early/late luggage, please reach out. If you require a different length of stay, please ask about options. Pets allowed but require approval and $100 additional fee applies. Some serious things to consider: You must be 23 years or older to rent. Cancellations will receive 50% refund, when paid in full and 100% refund if rebooked at the same rate. Don't even think about partying here. Perfect accommodations for a group of 10 women. Neighborhood has anything you would need. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with flatware and dinnerware. Would definitely stay here again. Owner worked with me on date change due to Covid traveling regulations and I appreciated that very much. Caretaker is very responsive to any questions.

Great location and space, there is everything around and many restaurants nearby and it’s a very safe area the administrator was always available The terrace is a bit neglected and dirty, despite being summer we never use it

Wanted a little escape to the city, especially to enjoy all the NYC outdoor dining during these perfect weather weeks and this place was wonderful. Plenty of space for us to spread out in a great location with a grocery store, Target, restaurants and bars nearby. Townhouse was well stocked. Communication with host was excellent and immediate. The only downside was the WiFi which we’re going to assume is due to all the people working and schooling remotely during these times. Highly recommend this gem and would definitely stay here again!

We had our dog and family of 5 staying here. We loved the apartment! Perfect for us all! Loved having the stocked coffee, 3 bedrooms and bathrooms and conveniently located to stores a restaurants. We felt like locals! Hope to visit again!

Very happy to have stayed here, hosts communicated early and often. 6 adults and 2 children stayed for 5 days in NYC. Good surrounding restaurants and close enough to the 28th Street Subway station. Rooms were cozy and the open space was great for the whole family to relax together in between outings and in the evenings. Each couple being able to have their own bathroom was a nice thing to have, made things go much smoother.

Had such an amazing time in NY and the apartment made it an even better stay! Great for big groups. Claudia met us there and was very flexible with timing knowing we were coming from out of town. Very comfy and spacious and so clean! Everything was there that we needed and we felt VERY safe! Also a great part of town. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay!

Fantastic apartment for a group of friends

This apartment was perfect for us (2 couples) as we wanted a luxury apartment in Manhattan for 6 nights, with good communal space, instead of a hotel. Alex was in contact before the trip and Noelia was available throughout our stay for any questions. After a long day of sightseeing, it was lovely to come back to the apartment and relax with a glass of wine and a film. The local supermarket and wine store were open late and very well stocked and there are several local good quality restaurants. We would highly recommend this apartment to any groups who want a 'home away from home' experience.

I could not have been more pleased with the ENTIRE experience. Everything was excellent. My wife and I took our two recently married adult children and their spouses to NYC for a 4-day weekend. The place was perfect for us and we simply had a blast. No question if we have three couples go again staying here again is one decision that is already made for us. I highly recommend choosing this place and owner if it fits your need.

This property worked for us because we had a group of 10. We especially loved that it had a/c. The neighborhood is very nice and cute. It is located by a grocery store and several drugstores along with many bars and restaurants. It is about a 15 minute walk to the subway and hop on / hop off bus stop. The owner and agent were very easy to work with and met us at the property when we arrived. I would recommend this property.

Completely as advertised. Beautiful duplex with comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, amazing storage for NYC and large amount of communal space. Communication with owners/ caretaker was very easy. Almost no street noise. Large outdoor space is underutilized unfortunately. Midtown easy walk. We will definitely be back. 5 star.
