Posizione molto centrale

Purtroppo nei weekend la stanza puo' essere rumorosa a causa di un bar nelle vicinanze che aggrega le persone proprio sotto la struttura. Noi avevamo una camera che affacciava dove si raduvano i giovani e dovevamo stare con le finestre chiuse (eppure si sentivano i rumori)

La posizione era perfetta, molto centrale e vicina a tutti i servizi e luoghi turistici di interesse. Facile l’accesso, comodo e molto silenziosa la zona

Purtroppo ho da evidenziare una scarsa pulizia e la vetustità è fatiscente delle coperte, molto vecchie e piene di pelucchi; le lenzuola bucate con dei peli/capelli. Oltre cio nulla da rilevare.

La struttura gode di una posizione molto centrale a pochi passi dai principali siti di interesse della città, appartamento largo e spazioso e ben pulito: cucina pratica e bagno ben tenuto. L'ideale,per chi vuole alloggiare in centro citta in una zona tutto sommato molto tranquilla, la consiglio!

Riscaldamento lievemente alto ma forse non sapevamo utilizzare bene il termostato, per il resto tutto perfetto.

Very good location, spacious studio apartment but very basic

Studio apartment equipped with the cheapest possible stuff and in need of refurbishment. No curtains, bare walls, uncomfortable sofa bed, no kettle, we had to boil water in a saucepan, mixture of plates and glasses with a list of content (in Italian) with price list if anything is missing, (eg 100 euros for lost key card), impossible to open kitchen window, no bedside lamps. Very complicated instructions how to get rid of waste, and threatening with fines if you don't comply. In order to communicate with reception, you have to make an appointment by email! Impossible to get any sleep before midnight because of the noisy bar below.

location close to mercato and the city centre and bars. everything is walkable steps away to shopping street. comfortable family stay as usual apartment amenities provided.

nothing big. the room assigned for 4 is at the 3rd floor and has a small elevator. the beds for 2 is a sofa bed.

Clean newly decorated convenient

Advertised as 1 bed and 1 room, but its 1 room cheaply furnished with an uncomfortable fold down bed. I advise sleeping head to window to avoid the metal bar in the small of your back. Owners clearly inspired by Dante's 4th circle of purgatory

Location — the apartment is located right next to all the mosaic attractions of Ravenna, as well as all the bars and restaurants in the centre. And at the same time the windows are good enough to keep the night life noise out. The staff were responsive and helpful, although not very polite.

The furniture is aged and worn down. The sofa looked a bit scary. Everything worked, but the “look and feel” was not the best one for sure. Parking next to the property is difficult. So, for a sizeable family with a lot of luggage it is not very convenient. The Internet is unstable and quite slow.
