Vacationing to Disneyland can be a challenge with a group of six but this house meet our every need. Everyone had their own bed and the living area was spacious enough for everyone to stretch out after a long day of D-Fun. Also the Kitchen had everything we needed for meal prep. Getting to D-Land was a quick inexpensive Ufer ride to and from (about $11 for an XL ride). High recommend and we will return for our next D-Land trip.

With the great, convenient and quiet neighborhood location, this Disney-decorated home is the perfect place to stay for a Disney vacation. We went as a family with two adults with disabilities who both love Disney for a 5 day stay. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, the kitchen thoroughly stocked with necessities, the check-in information provided was thorough and SO helpful, and we enjoyed the 20 minute easy walk to and from the Park. We were even given info to get groceries delivered so we could have breakfast before we left each day. We were usually back from the park by 8 pm or so, and enjoyed watching movies together and relaxing from a busy day at the Park. We could even see the fireworks from the backyard! The house has a lovely pool, although being there in December, it was a bit too chilly to use. We highly recommend this property! With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, it can easily accommodate a family with teens who want their own space and/ or younger children.

you absolutely cannot beat the location of this property. 5 min drive to disney and we could see the fireworks from the property back yard. house was clean and comfortable. i highly recommend!

Cute Disney theme, great size for our group. There was nothing bad about our stay, but there quite a bit of deferred maintenance. Small bathroom had some missed spots in cleaning and a rusty toilet paper holder. The extra linens and blankets are quite worn. Not one coffee pod or cup of coffee grounds nor any cooking oil or water bottle to get the first morning off to a good start.
The king bed was very comfortable and we could easily adjust the house temperature for cool nights. The walk to Disney was too long for our group, but a $10 Lyft ride was easy. The TV was all set up for streaming and a huge couch for hanging out.
I rarely ding hosts, but those quality and maintenance items are kind of standard now when you pay $300-500 per night. The pool man also walked right through the yard without any warning while I was there and gave me a bit of a startle. I got a message about him stopping by about an hour after the fact.
This is a very comfortable house and great neighborhood, so a very good option for a family as there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The owners, hosts are also very responsive.

The house was fun and everything was perfect. Neighborhood was quiet and pool was great.

Very comfortable and close to many attractions. The owners and property manager were easy to contact and responded to questions promptly. Had a great time and would highly recommend this property.

I arrived a day late so everything should have been ready to go. The pool needed cleaning and a repainting would have been a nice touch. The house is old, but you could tell that they've put in some effort to update it.
The bathroom sink would fill with water and drain very slow while washing hands or brushing teeth.
Before I arrived, there was a flash flooding warning so I called the property manager with concerns. He was rude and condescending. I'm not from California so I don't know the grounds layout and whether the house was in a flood zone or not.
The fridge froze my vegetables so i could not eat them. The garbage disposal broke after putting leftovers in it.
You can't see the nightly fireworks from Disneyland....... but you can certainly hear them and there's a train track directly behind the house and trains use it. There was 2 trains that came thru in the 4 days I was there.
Lastly, the master bed was soooooooo bad that I ended up sleeping on the couch the remainder of my stay there. My entire body ached for about an hours after getting up.
Overall, the house was Ok but certainly didn't meet my expectations from the pictures.

While we felt safe and there was a short drive to the Disney parks, we would not stay here again. The house is just a bare minimum for people who will stay in the parks from rope drop to fireworks. We went back for midday breaks due to unseasonably hot temperatures, and the pool was just gross. It was so old and slimy, even my 6-year-old declined to swim the second day. The mattresses really need to be replaced, and the house is only stocked with toilet paper and old, used toiletries. While it’s officially “walkable,” it would be a stretch for a family to make the walk to the parks. Keep your expectations low, and it will be fine.

Great property. Very close to attractions and a short drive to the beach. Property manager was super responsive when our son locked the bathroom door from the inside and closed the door behind him. The on-site laundry also came in very handy. Will definitely consider this property again next time we do Disney and SoCal.

This property is a tough one to evaluate. We are frequent travelers and own a vacation rental ourselves.
PROS:
Location- $5-10 Uber ride gets you to Downtown Disney and a short walk to the park. The neighborhood is quiet and clean.
Cute- the house is decorated with Disney art and colors throughout which was fun for the kids.
Size- the house is 3br/2ba, the rooms are decent sized and the house is comfortable to spend time in.
CONS:
Accuracy- the description of the house is lacking some accuracy, for instance it describes the house as elegantly remodeled. Most of the furniture is worn or poor quality, such as plywood base for beds instead of box springs. It also mentions Electrolux washer/dryer and they’re older Whirlpool Duets (worked fine though).
Previous reviews noted broken lounge chairs and an ice maker that doesn’t function correctly, both have not been fixed.
The Pool- owner mentioned heater problems, pool was freezing and pool guy worked all day fixing the heater. Next day still cold and pool guy confirmed that when he showed up and turned the heater higher. Two days later heater/filter turned off and cold water is running from hose into pool(Character limited).
CONCERNING- each day of our trip we had random people on property. The first we new of, other times were a complete surprise finding someone in the yard and at one point finding a truck in the driveway which led me to finding the property manager coming from the side gate.

This house was perfect for our family needs. Checking process was easy. House is adorable and has everything you need. There was a brand new barbecue that hadn't even been used yet. The pool was clean and a nice getaway from the heat. The patio table was perfectly positioned to watch the fireworks over the park if you decide to leave before dark. House is very close to theme parks and several good dining options (Bubba Gumps, Cheesecake Factory, McCormick and Schmick's). All within about 2 miles. Next trip to Anaheim, I will definitely see if this house is available again.

This rental was comfy and fun. It was easily located near everything we planned to do. I’ve never slept so well on vacation. The others in our party said they heard a train go by. I only woke up once to it. It was conveniently located to Disney Parks and just a completely enjoyable vacation rental.

We really enjoyed the property. It was nice and spacious for our family of eight. The backyard and pool were lovely.

We had a great stay! The house is exactly as described and we were able to walk to the security checkpoint for Downtown Disney in under 20 min each day. The walk is easy with sidewalks the entire way. Would definitely stay here again.

The check in process was not smooth. The check in time was not clear. Eventually we were able to check in. The house had an ant infestation. The primary bedroom had hair in the bed. We found clean sheets and remade the beds. The towels are pretty terrible so I recommend bringing your own. We paid extra for the pool to be heated and it was not. Even if the pool was warm enough to use, there was a electrical cord and light fixture dangling in the pool. The manager assured me it was still safe. But I'm not willing to risk letting my kids swim in a pool with an electric cord hanging in the pool. They offered to refund our fee to heat the pool. Which is nice, but we intentionally left the snow and ice for somewhere warm. Our kids were so excited to swim and were pretty sad when they didn't get to. The cherry on top of our less than pleasant stay were the boogers smeared on the wall next to one of the beds. Talk about nasty!
All of this to say, we will not stay at one of their properties again. Our fun family Christmas vacation was extremely negatively impacted by the poor accommodations. I feel bad for my kids that we rented this place. I will definitely do it different next time. Hopefully this helps future renters so they don't ruin their family vacation too.

The Teacup House was rundown and not very clean and it was (poorly) stocked with cheap items (e.g. shampoo, towels, sheets, etc). There was no bottle opener, baking sheets, cooking oil/spray, storage containers or ziplock bags, and only one 1/2 cup measuring cup, but rest assured, this place has 15 potholders! We ran out of napkins on the first day and there were none to re-stock, also no tissues in the entire place. There were only a couple of inches of aluminum foil and no pepper in the pepper shaker. The appliances are old and don't work well, eg., the ice maker in the freezer makes ice sheets instead of cubes and the dishwasher doesn't clean well. The batteries in the remote control were low with no extra batteries around and there were burned out light bulbs throughout the house. The blinds did not work properly and there is a lot of light that shines into all of the bedrooms so if you stay here, bring sleep masks! Cleanliness was another problem: hair in the bathroom, dirty dishes in the cabinet, dusty blinds, a badly stained rug in the primary bedroom, the sides of the table and high chair were grimy, smelly pillows on the couch, dirty towels. The patio cushions were dirty and one was rotted, as well as two of the chaise lounges being broken. We also pulled a comforter out of the linen closet to use in the living room only to find that it had been folded and put away while STILL WET! There's not much in the house for entertainment, e.g. games, etc. There were a few puzzles (with missing pieces) and some books on calculus if you're into that while you're on vacation. Let's just say this house is in general disrepair and it seems like the owners brought unwanted items from their own homes to the house instead of donating them to a thrift store. Worst of all, they charge $50 a day to heat the pool, and while we only wanted to heat it for one day at the end of our stay, we were told we had to pay for the entire stay. It was definitely not in our budget to pay $250, and this is not mentioned anywhere in the description. The decor throughout the house is adorable and it was nice to be able to see the fireworks show at Disney from the back yard. The location was very close to Disney. The hosts were good about communicating and fixed the front door lock a few hours after we reported it. Sadly, this is the worst short term rental I've ever stayed in. Seems all about making as much money as possible without real concern for the guests' experience.

The property was less than a 10 minute drive to the parking ramps for Disney! Cute decor, washer and dryer, gated pool, and umbrella stroller to use were all great additions to our stay. The property managers were easy to communicate with regarding little questions and response were always timely with either a phone call or text. Thank you for everything! We really appreciated our time there while making core memories at Disney.

Great roomy house for the nine of us. We came with 5 boys ranging from 8 to 17. Great location, easy walk to Downtown Disney. Our only feedback would be we would've preferred a bit more privacy. The pop by from the property manager everyday was a bit much. Otherwise we loved it!

They did have ants I let the property manager know and he said it would be taken care of
There were homeless people behind property that was a little unsettling I had my 4 year old grandson there
They were screaming at 6:00 am very bad words and a lot of fighting with these people not good
That was not cool and property owners should disclose that definitely
They did let us check in early that was awesome and they got back to us right away
Thanks

This place was exactly what we wanted for our Disneyland trip. It was so nice to be able to go back to a house instead of a hotel room. Uber/Lyft XL was an average of $12 per ride. We would definitely stay again if we come back to Disneyland.

Our stay was perfect! Communication with property manager was almost immediate, they were on top of anything we needed. The house was great, our kid just loved the theme and called it the “Mickey Mouse club house”. Was also able to take the day off after Disney and just hang at the pool and relax. You can also see the Disney fireworks from the back yard every night. Five stars for sure!

Only 5min from Disney so easy to come back for middle of the day naps and pool time. We were able to have groceries delivered with Amazon fresh. The Disney themed home decor was so fun and the beds were very comfortable. Perfect for a family.

Home was perfect for my grandsons 5th birthday and Disney adventure. The Disney theme of the home is charming and my family loved spending time relaxing and playing in the pool! The extra cost to warm it was worth it to us. If I ever go back to Disney I would definitely want to stay here again.

This is a tough one to review. The house is adorable; it's an older ranch style house that could have been "meh," but was made lovely by thoughtful decor touches throughout. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen very well stocked, the yard area was nice enough though the chair pillows outside could use some replacing. Due to COVID, we did not leave the house much, but it seemed to be well located for a trip to Disneyland. This would have been a solid 4-5 stars, but for one major issue: the pool. Our stay was supposed to be for about 3 full days. On the first full day, the kids were getting ready to swim when, after some hemming and hawing, we were told that the pool was not usable and they were going to have to empty it and refill, which would take at least 24 hours. 2 of our full 3 days. Mind you, the whole reason for our stay was to get out of our city apartment and let the kids swim while the parents worked. The absolute worst part, as we later found out, was that the owner knew of the issue and didn't inform us.The owner offered us use of a pool at a different house but not use of the house itself, which was neither workable nor desirable considering that we also had to work and eat, and was certainly not what we paid for.Eventually, the owner agreed to relocate us to a different house, and everything ended well. But to get to that point, we had to negotiate and push quite a bit and it was unpleasant. The owner admitted that he knew of the pool problem but took the chance that it would be ok. That is the primary reason for the 3 stars. All in all, I would recommend this place IF you could be certain that everything was in working order. Unfortunately, I wouldn't trust the owner to tell the truth, so I, personally, would avoid the owner and all of their properties.
