Beautiful insides, old authentic building, perfect location if you are OK with messy Istiklal vibes. Windows to the inside yeard - rather calm and silent. Reception is very welcoming, arranged taxi exactly in time.

Reception doesn't speak English well. Nobody helped at the entrance with the heave luggage 2 stairs before the reception, also no possibility to leave the luggage unattended downstairs. Not super clean in the room (problem of all lowcost hotels in Turkey). Bathroom is downstairs and dark, looked strange.

Everything about this hotel was literally exceptional. I travel a lot and have stayed at multiple highly ranked hotel at Booking.com. however, this hotel was indeed great. Attention to detail was seen in every aspect of the hotel. Breakfast room and dinning area were the best feature of the hotel. Very artistic.From room to dining to location. If you are looking for something around Taksim, do consider this gem. Great value.

Since I was carrying small luggage, so for me this was not an issue. However, there are few stairs if you have heavy bags. But hotel staff was great to handle. Try to get room towards the garden if you want to avoid street noise.

Location was perfect. The hotel was charming with amazing decor! Unfortunately we had to leave early and didn’t get a chance to enjoy the breakfast. Staff was very helpful and friendly. They made us feel very welcome and looked after. Looking forward to stay here again.

We liked everything.

We had a very pleasant stay! The personnel was very attentive, polite and kind, ready to help with everything. The hotel itself is elegant, bright and well-decorated. We especially loved the beds - super comfortable, enough wide and long, with nice pillows. Breakfasts are also perfect and the restaurant is on the top floor with a wonderful view.

The only thing that we would like to be improved is bathroom. It needs a bit more light and some hangers (there were none in our room)

From the moment we arrived, they greeted us with a smile and made us feel welcome. Furthermore, they pleasantly surprised us by upgrading our rooms to a higher category, which was a delightful gesture. This small act of kindness elevated our stay and left a positive impression on us. We were also impressed by the cleanliness and aesthetic appeal of the rooms. They were well-maintained, neat, and tastefully decorated, providing a comfortable and inviting ambiance. After a long day of sightseeing and shopping, returning to the cozy rooms was a treat in itself. Additionally, the proximity to various famous food options and shopping districts was a big plus. We had the opportunity to savor local delicacies and indulge in some retail therapy without having to travel far. This added convenience made our stay even more enjoyable. Despite the minor inconvenience at night, Mr Cas Hotels - Special Category provided us with a memorable experience. The excellent location, friendly staff, and well-kept rooms contributed to a comfortable and enjoyable stay. If the issue of noise is addressed in the future, I wouldn't hesitate to rate this hotel with a full 10 stars. I highly recommend Mr Cas Hotels to fellow travelers looking for a pleasant and convenient stay in the heart of the city.

However, one significant downside we encountered was the disturbance at night caused by nearby clubs. The hotel's otherwise tranquil atmosphere was disrupted by loud music and noise, which affected our sleep quality. It would be advisable for the management to invest in soundproofing the rooms, especially those facing the clubs, to ensure a more peaceful and undisturbed stay for guests.

The hotel is built magnificently. The location is right on istikal street. The staff is really helpful and very quick service. Over all we have a great time.

Nice rooms. Nice location. Cleaning is good enough. Polite stuff. Order to the room. Bar and restaurant on the roof with a nice view. Simple and tasty food. Rooms not to the Istiklal street.

In front of the building, there's a partying place with a crazy loudly music. Choose rooms with no windows to the street. Istiklal street is a center of night life. Night clubs, bars, a lot of people. Loadly music is a part of life in Istanbul. Mosques will not be an issue except for music.

Everything was fine; the lighting inn the room was subdued and "very romantic"; a small desk lamp would improve lighting when workingt with a laptop.

Great value for money and also great location if it’s your first time visiting Istanbul. Room was spacious and very clean, with amenities and coffee/tea machine, and well decorated as well.

The only downside, for me it’s not a problem at all, is that you can hear noise coming from the street at night as it’s a super busy/popular area.

This was one of the best places I stayed , and I travel a lot . It is a Palais with a lot of details, very well trained staff, They give you vip service and our room was stunning . The breakfast was a dream with so many choices of foods . I will come back to Istanbul just to stay in this amazing hidden jewel .

Perfect location, beautiful interior, impressive breakfast, interesting historic building, great staff. We took the deal and it was great for the price with the discount.

The bed was a bit short in length.

The location was really good and the staffs were friendly and helpful.

There was a nightclub in front of the hotel that made a lot of noise and sounds until almost 4 am.
