Patio overlooks the famous Promenade and with just steps to the beach path, this condominium is perfect for a beach getaway. Restaurants and shopping are 2 short blocks north, and of course the beach; just steps straight ahead. Living room has open floor plan with Queen hide-a-bed, flat screen TV, Fireplace & Queen Murphy bed. Kitchen is fully appointed and includes cozy breakfast bar with stools. Master bedroom has a comfy Queen bed & flat screen TV; master bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Second bathroom is common to the hall. Outdoor patio furniture for your enjoyment to watch the beautiful sunsets. Washer and dryer on site available for guest use. Parking for 2 vehicles. Walking distance to just about anywhere in town. Spectrum cable with HBO and Showtime Internet speed 300mpbs. 2 smart TV's with Netflix and Amazon. No pets. NOTE: THIS IS A NO SMOKING PROPERTY. Property was clean, and the kitchen was well stocked with quality pans and cooking tools. The location was perfect. We were able to easily come and go throughout the day, stopping in for lunch, then heading back to the beach or shopping. We ordered dinner from MO’s one night, and it was less than a 5 minute walk to pick it up.The beds were comfortable and we slept well. We didn’t try the sofa bed so can’t speak to that.
A wonderful, spacious condo, with beautiful views. We enjoyed every minute of it.

Sunsets were right out the window. Lighting was better for TV watchers than readers, but a small negative compared to the positives.

Great appearance and furniture. Stain on bed sheet made us nervous. Had to cut trip short as we both got I’ll and had to return home.

The location is great. The place is older but beds were comfortable and furniture was nice. Fully stocked kitchen. The only complaint is the place was dirty, dusty, food under hide a bed dirt under bed, nightstand dusty along with on top of the headboard. There is a large population of homeless hanging atound.

We had a girls weekend and it was perfect for the 4 of us. Short walking distance to the beach and prom. Super easy check in and check out.

We had a great time at this property! It was very clear and comfortable. The location was perfect for being close to all of the shops and restaurants as well as steps away from the beach! We will come back again and we highly recommend this property!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo and hope to return again. The condo was clean, the kitchen was adequately stocked, there was plenty of seating, and the decor had a beachy charm. The king-size bed was comfortable, and the bathrooms were well stocked. We loved having two bathrooms; one with a walk-in shower. Communication was excellent & instructions for care of unit, parking, check out were clear. The ocean views from the picture window & patio were wonderful. The location was excellent for access to the beach, restaurants and shops.

This condo was the perfect beach getaway. Super close to shopping and restaurants. We were able to walk pretty much anywhere in Seaside.

We had a wonderful stay at the property for the events on the beach. The access to the Promenade and the beach were fantastic, and it was just a little south of things so it was quiet and calm which we loved.
The only thing I can think of to suggest is that there be better lighting in the living area, either with larger lamps or overhead lighting.

Very very nice. We had a great time. Been coming to Seaside for 57 years for our reunion and everyone who visited us remarked how very nice our rental was. We will be booking for August 2023 very soon.

This unit is in a great location, close enough to the beach and downtown area, but far enough away to avoid the crowds. Our code didn't work on arrival, but a quick call to their office and they reset it for us. Will stay here again on our next trip to Seaside.

The Seaside Condo was perfect for fun in the sun. We had 2 picture perfect days walking an average of 6 miles on the beach & surrounding area each day. We also visited nearby Cannon each for another spectacular day at the beach.
We enjoyed returning to the condo & watching the activities on the Promenade & panoramic views.
