Very close to neighbours, hard to locate unit numbers

Proximity to the center of Exmouth was good, the place was very clean and the bed was very comfortable!

This was a studio w/fridge & microwave but not ‘kitchen sink’ (only a small bathroom sink). For a 2 night stay, I didn’t do a lot of eating in but the small bathroom sink made it awkward to wash plates, etc.

no unit number displayed on outside so very hard to find the unit . has to call the office e for directions .

The TV was big enough to watch from bed and the bed was quite soft which makes a change to hard beds. With a little extra cleaning it could be great.

There was no blanket on the bed, screen door is dirty on the inside, fridge was noisy. Floor in bathroom near shower was dirty, sink was too small to wash dishes, shower leaked badly. No shade to sit outside. Wasn't sure if there was a laundry we could use.

There was no Number on the villa, after driving around a couple of times, we got out of the car looking at villa No's and found ours on the door behind the screen (it was booked as 203-1 but is 103-1).

Great location. The room was clean and spacious enough. Good bathroom and plenty of hot water and good water pressure.

Seems very popular with families and guys on fishing trips so it's a bit noisy at night time. This was, however, mostly drowned out by the noise from the fridge which you could probably hear two units away. What isn't clear from the booking information is that this is the 'small half' of a larger unit so kitchen facilities are non-existent. Oh, and yeah, they remind you of 'the rules' everywhere you turn even though there is nobody there to tell the noisy yobos to keep it down.

Only one toilet roll was provided for three days. No tea bags or coffee was supplied as is usual in similar motel style accommodation. The room was very small without even a small table and chairs to eat on. We brought in the outdoor furniture. Noise from adjoining apartment carried through the walls whenever kids ran up and down the stairs.
