Great family home situated metres from the popular Boomer Beach. Enjoy a two minute walk to see the cockle train, bikeway and the wetlands. Open plan living/dining and kitchen area with R/C air conditioning. The fully fenced backyard has seating for eight. Enjoy the sounds of the sea while cooking on the barbecue and the kids play in the cubby house and sandpit. Pets ARE Welcome - Please Keep Them Outside AT ALL Times. Wifi is available - Information is in the property. Books/games/puzzles Cooking facilities BBQ, Coffee pod machine TV High chair Portacot Ironing facilities Washing machine Ceiling fans in all bedrooms Fire pit (wood not supplied) Outdoor shower (hot and cold) Please note this property Does NOT Include Linen. Quilts & pillows are provided. Guests to bring or hire: sheets, pillow cases, towels & tea towels. Please ask us about Linen hire. Great holiday home and location

We had such a lovely stay, the house is gorgeous, perfect for a family. The outdoor areas are so nice, we enjoyed lounging in both the front and back porches in the evenings. The house is stocked with everything you need, kitchen has every utensil you could want, plenty of books and games and my kids just loved the cubby house and sandpit out in the backyard. We had such a good time, it really felt like a home away from home and we will definitely book again. Thank you!

This home is beautiful. Well done to the owners for what they have created- a special modern but character filled environment that draws you to relax and enjoy every corner of the space.
Would suggest a key lockbox though- we had to to drive another 20 minute round trip past the property to pick up and drop off the key. Also- DvD player was advertised and not available. We had to go buy one as we were a group on a training weekend using DVD’s.

great house, great backyard, lovely location, beautiful garden. The house was lovely and warm, the bedding (quilts) were very snuggly and the kitchen had everything on hand including a coffee machine. My wife enjoyed sitting outside in the morning having her morning cup of tea and listening to the birds and watching our dog play on the back lawn.

This is a delightful property! Great location, short walk to the beach and you can hear the waves as you sit in the front or back decking. Very, very clean with everything we could possibly need - from kitchen utensils, to books and games and a beautiful garden surrounding the property. We will be back in the future. Thank you Cath!

This was a fantastic home in a great location. They have thought of everything, two great decks to eat or lounge on, outdoor shower, fire pit, cubby house. Great location near Boomer beach. Modern, clean, containing all you need for a holiday. We will be coming back.

The provisions in the property were great. The cubby house, boat sandpit and outdoor shower were a big hit for our 4 year old. Everything was clean, modern and well setup.

This property was well kept and clean with tonnes of outdoor space to play or relax in.
Our daughter enjoyed the playhouse and sand pit, both of which had plentyof toys supplied. She also enjoyed flicking through all the childrens books stored throughout the house.
Our little dog loved sitting out on the back deck with us and napping in the hsifting patches of sun in the back yard (front deck is not completely secured, so we couldn't trust doggo to be out there without chasing or barking at people who walked by).
The outdoor shower was so perfect that we ended up using this instead of the indoor show.
There were a few consumables provided throughout the house (detergent, bin bags, herbs and spices, tea and coffee, and teatowles, etc). There is even a Nespresso pod machine there. Glad we packed some of these from home, made the mornings even more delightful.
My wife, daughter, doggo, and I all agreed that we would love to stay here again in the future. Maybe try in the winter when we could snuggle up next to the firepit.

Lovely stay in a beautiful home, spent most of our time on the back deck. Bathroom was amazing. Plenty of dishes, cutlery and glassware. Short walk to the beach. Will definitely stay again.

Great accommodation. Small house but well laid out and space is utilised very well. Beautiful gardens and very clean and neat. It had everything we needed.

We stayed here for 7 days. The house was comfortable and the bonus was that we could use Netflix. The house and garden with cubbyhouse for kids is very nice. We are a retired couple with a dog, so not for us of course. It is also nice that there is an outdoor setting at the front and one at the back of the house. We had one warm day and it was too warm at the back, so moved to the front which was more comfortable. So it is nice to have that option. The house and garden is very well looked after and close to the beach, but the road is quite steep, although we managed the hill. We liked to book again but it was already taken for the days we wanted it. Highly recommended for a reasonable price.

Nestled in a lush green corner just over the hill from Boomer Beach, this three bedroom spotless home has everything you'll need for a short or long stay in the area. Spacious decking and comfortable furnishings make this the perfect home for that peaceful holiday that you badly need. Five stars all round and our puppy also loved the place! Will definitely come here again.

Really enjoyed our family holiday. The house was brilliant and had everything we needed. We even brought toys for the kids but there was already plenty there for them to play with. Our daughter loved the cubby house. Will definitely stay here again.

Every need was catered for, the whole place was an absolute delight, pet friendly, homely, lux and welcoming. The only thing we would change is to have the fire pit enclosed so the dogs could be out the front with us. Other than that we can't fault it. 11/10

This is the second time we’ve stayed in this gorgeous property, our family of 4 love it. We were surprised by the gorgeous renovations and loved using both decks every day. Our adult kids were very happy to have wifi and loved the hot outdoor shower after surfing at Boomers (just a short walk away). Very well provided for and love the privacy the landscaping offers. Even my little niece visited and loved the amazing cubby house. The big thing for us was being able to bring our dog too, she loves it there. We will be back again, thank you

We had an amazing time staying here, the house was so very well equipped and had everything we possible could have needed. Tonnes of activities to entertain the kids and an amazing backyard area. Perfectly located, easy walk to the beach and close to shops and cafes. We will definitely look to stay again!

Very impressed with the property, lots of room outside to socialise. The cubby house and sand pit were a hit with the granddaughter. Well located and easy to access. Already planning our next trip.

We had a fabulous stay at Channon Street. The location was wonderful and the house had everything we needed. Our 5 year old son loved the cubby house & sandpit! It was lovely sitting out on the back undercover

We loved our stay here so beautifully quiet and listening to the waves of the beach just street away. A very well stocked house with toys and books and magazine, an incredibly cubby house, boat sandpit and even some sports equipment out the back. The outdoor shower (hot!) and toilet were a nice bonus which would be very useful in summer too. Beds were comfy and bathroom was exceptional! Also coffee machine in the kitchen and very well supplied kitchen utensils and appliances made our stay so much easier.

We had a wonderful stay and the children absolutely loved everything about the place. They played for hours resulting in lots of testing time for the adults. Would love to bring our dog, but he is very much part of our family so would need to come inside, would be 100% perfect for our little family if this was possible!
The place is immaculate and has everything you need and more, highly recommend it.
