Perhaps the most welcoming and thoughtful accomodation we have used.

A great variety of interesting breakfast items was provided. The unit was beautiful, very comfortable and warm. Everything was there to make ones stay perfect. Sadly, we couldn't make full use of the inviting and very attractive outdoor area or pool as it is winter. A great deal of thought has gone into making guests feel most at home and welcome.

Fabulous & relaxing stay!

A cozy place with many thoughtful details to ensure a comfortable stay! Super comfortable beds & luxurious bathrooms. The entire place was very clean & well kept with lovely outdoor space. Our family enjoyed our 3 nights stay. Thank you Chantelle for your lovely basket of food to welcome us!

The living area was a little small.

Very helpful and friendly hosts, lovely place, clear instructions, makes it very easy for the guests to follow. Lots of boardgames for the family to play. Perfect location, lots of restaurants nearby. Would love to visit again.

Amazing, private and luxurious property with genuine and friendly hosts.

Words do not describe how amazed we felt when arriving at the property. We were warmly welcomed and the place was so stylish and well appointed. Everything we could possibly have needed and more was there with a lovely welcome hamper. The place was so quiet and peaceful. We felt absolutely spoilt during our entire stay and it is our preferred place when we come to the area again. Highly recommend this multi-award winning property.

A family / kid friendly, Private get away with plenty of fun

The property is amazing, a mini oasis. The pool was brilliant, near to the beach, walking distance to the shops, but further walk to great cafe, and amazing touches and care shown by Chantelle the host. She was truly exceptional and shows why her host rating has been so high for so long. We travelled as a family. The home had all the items we needed so we could travel light. We also found food and treats available for the kids!! Outdoor area is so nice. It was Private and safe for kids. They loved the pool. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to stay again 😄

Luxurious and well appointed apartment in ideal location . An absolute must if in the area .

Luxurious apartment and spotlessly clean with the added benefit of a heated pool and extremely well appointed . Location ideal - only a five minute walk to a glorious beach . also only a few minutes away from local shops including cafe, bakery and a restaurant/pub .The hosts Chantelle and Clive were so helpful and personable.

My expectations were just not meet, but hosts exceed them.

Very accommodating. Love the pool, even if we didn't get to use it. It was like a home away from home. Encourages recycling. My daughter was so rapped that there was a hair straightener available, because she had misplaced hers.

Gorgeous , private Airbnb with all the trimmings

Attention to detail. Extremely clean. Cute personalized notes. Beds were comfortable, It was very quiet and peaceful. Every little detail was thought about. By far the best airbnb we have stayed in and we have stayed in a few. The outside area was private and sunny. The pool area was stunning. Lovely treats upon arrival, the apartment smelled amazing. Nothing was forgotten.

That we didn't get to stay longer.! That we were too busy to spend more time there.

We were very lucky to book this luxurious and eligant house. The silence of the night gave us a big rest for our exhausted brains in the city. Your ingenious design can be seen everywhere in the room, and the bathroom is full of romance, allowing us couples to relive the sweetness of our honeymoon.

A fabulous apartment at a great price.

Couldn't have asked for anything better. We had a fabulous stay here and felt like we were in the lap of luxury. Lovely outside area with hammock , swing chair and secluded BBQ area looking out onto the blue swimming pool. Very comfortable beds and gorgeous bathroom stocked with everything you need for a luxurious bath.

Everything exceeded our expectations.

Amazing, absolutely stunning wee place, awesome outside facilities. Lovely hosts.

Large variety of breakfast foods suited to all tastes and needs.

Everything was amazing, tho a cloth to help wipe up crumbs etc would be handy. I couldn’t find one so we used the face cloth :)

Nice quiet location and wonderful host Chantelle. The breakfast items were a nice surprise and very good.

finding the location was a bit of a challenge with confusing street numbers and was further from the Mount than we thought when we booked.

We really enjoyed our holiday at Private Papamoa Beach Paradise!

Great location. Fantastic pool. Friendly, helpful host. Outdoor kitchen works well. Everything you need is provided to high standard and very generous, welcoming pantry provisions.

For us personally, too many styling items on the beds which, once removed, clog up precious storage space in the bedrooms.

Amazing location, accommodation and hosts!

As you open the gates you feel like you have walked into paradise. The most relaxing & beautiful accommodation I have stayed at in Papamoa. The location was easy to get to & very quiet. The outdoor area was set up extremely well the amazing pool & privacy. Chantelle is the most amazing host who takes so much pleasure in providing you with an amazing ‘home’ away from home. Can’t wait to visit again.
