Staff doesn't give any attention to customers. When we arrived to check in, room wasn't ready. They didn't even aware of our booking.

Great host, helped us organise a hiking tour to Knuckles, and we had breakfast before we left as well.

Boss and his family were very friendly, willing and caring, they recommended us several trips and rent a motorbike. The place is not far from city centre but there is no noise from street in the room. We got great rich breakfast.

We really enjoyed our stay in Matale. Especially our visit at the very beautiful Hindu temple around the corner is already one of the biggest highlights of our current trip through Sri Lanka. The people were so welcoming and warm. The staff of the hotel is very friendly and helpful. The room is spacious and clean. We would definitely recommend this place for your stay in Matale! Actually the owner is very kind person he allowed us late check out and provided us motor bike facility.. instructed us the ways we should go. And super clean and comfortable rooms. Host is very well.
