The caretaker was nice. I could use pretty much anything that the house offers like my own house but of course I kept everything clean after I'm done using them.

As for my 2nd time, I noticed that not all rooms has a spotless linen/bedsheets and I got a spotless one on my 2nd. I think there's a room to improve on that one or maybe the caretaker could do a re-check of the room when a guest decided to check-out so that if they leave it dirty beyond borderline then they should pay for a certain fee and use that fee to buy/replace the linen/bedsheets with a new one.

The staff was so nice, polite, and negotiable. The bidet instead of normal closet was a great choice from the homestay. The bed was thick and comfy to lay down. I could use all the shared facilities like kitchen, tv, dining table, fridge, drink water dispenser, etc. The location was close to JEC and Food Souvenirs, there's a couple of place that sells food as well nearby. There's a laundry nearby too just 3 house to the right of the homestay.

There is a lot of stains on the linen/bedding with a bit of grain of dust, but even though I know that the stains was from those past irresponsible guests I think the dust could be cleaned before I came if the room was empty the day before. The bathroom was shared, and there's only one of them. The towel was not convincing at all.
