Location was good but that's about it
Character of people staying at the establishment. Rooms are tiny and lighting was very poor. Kitchen didn't look appealing to use

الموقع قريب من البحر جدا و قريب من مجمع سنترال فيزتبل و سوق الليل. مكان هادأ نسبيا
وصلنا في الساعه الثانية عشره و موعد الدخول الى الغرفه الثالثه و هذا نعلم به قبلا و لكن عند و صولنا لم يكن هناك مكان للاستعلام و جدنا مكتب و سالناهم اي من المباني الاثنين غرفتنا قالو انه ليس لديهم علم و انه يجب ان نسال مكان الحجز و عندما اخبرناهم برقم التليفون الموجود مع الحجز قالو انه ليس رقم تايلانديا و عندما اتصلنا بالرقم لا يجيب فارسلنا رسالة واتس اب، و جاءنا الرد بعد نصف الساعه بانه موعد الدخول الساعه الثالثه و عندما سالناهم اي المبنيان تكون الشقه تم الرد برقم البنايه ثم تم طلب بتصوير انفسنا حتى يتم التعرف علينا و بعد الساعه الثانيه و النصف جلستنا سيده صينيه أخذتنا الى الغرفه و سلمتناا المفتاح الغرفه كانت شقه صغيره جدا عباره عن غرفه و ممر يعتبر صاله و مطبخ و بلكونه صغيره و كان المكان مغبر حيث لم يكن نظيفا سوى الارضيات و السرير و طاوله صغيره في الصالة و الباقي مغبر و لا توجد فيه ادوات نظافه كان هناك لوحه مكتوب عليها انهم لا ينظفون المستاحر ينظف المكان .

Location due to sea facing flat.
AC was not working in one of the room and owner provided the alternate flat after one day.
So one of us slept in hall on the floor.

Good location, nice view, good facilties
Only 1 keycard for 4 persons. Owner can't report TM.30. 1 good bed and the other nearly falling apart.

Good location, high standard, low price
We were supposed to have apartment for 5 people, two double and one single bed; after all we got to double beds with no bed for The 5th person. When I contacted the owner, she told me there are mats for the last person in the room (they were in the wardrobe) but unfortunately there were No bedsheets and the mat was too small (not for an average european).

Location was good and view was amazing. It is directly to the Pattaya beach and you can see all the activities there from the room.
We were unbale to use the pool as it was under maintenance. Only 1 key was given even though we had 5 persons. So that we all had to leave and come to the place at the same time.

Facilities were not that good. Size of apartment was pretty small. Wifi was very slow.

livig room, , bathroom required fresh wall painting (pastel bright color) for sure , because living room is dark , no window the color you have is dirty not best shape at all , is not pleasant ....the place is small but nice I like it , I would go back for sure Toronto Canada

Location is unbeatable, you're right in the middle of everything and very close to the beach. They have two large swimming pools, one of which is on the top floor, an amazing infinity pool. The room has everything you need and Internet works well. The bed is very comfortable
The floor was not super clean and the kitchen could be better equipped, but nothing that really bothered me.

Very good owner and housekeeper. Our first room was just a terrible and number goes to the other side of the building, the music rumbled until the morning. The ower agreed to change it for us the next day. Air conditioners work well. Electricity is paid by the meter. Hot water is always available. Our balcony overlooked the sea, so there was no music in the nearest bars.
Bed very hard, swimming pool beatiful, but water like ice.
Needs a little renovation. The TV only shows Thai channels.
In one of the bedrooms, the mattress is like a floor, we bought a special mattress on top, because it was impossible to sleep.

We had a 2 bedroom Apartment with balcony on 29th floor with a spectacular seaview.
The location of The Base is great, ca 400m to Pattaya beach, ca 300 m to Soi Buakhao with many Music and Billard Bars as well as Restaurants. Check-in and Check-out was quick and very easy. WIFI was good quality. The washing machine did work properly. Bedlinen and Towels were clean. The whole complex was well maintained with good security.
Our Apartment was very basic equipped, on arrival there was just one cup available, no small spoons. We received 2 cups and spoons next day.
We could not get the TV to work. The Apartment needs a makeover due to many stains everywhere. The Rooftop pool was closed due to pending maintenance work. A timing for reopening could not be given.

The apartment needs painting the air conditioning in the living room did not work properly the bedding was old and shabby and I did not receive my deposit there was no one there to give me when I checked out
the mattress in second bedroom was like sleeping on the floor it was that hard my son's back was killing him

Sea view room with balcony was great, the ability to do some minor cooking was good. WiFi was good, the TV had only Thai and was not a smart TV. Gym was small but adequate, unfortunately the roof top area on our building was closed for repair. More flexible than staying in a hotel for longer stays.
Bed a little to firm and TV not being smart.

Location and the view was fabulous. Host and housekeeper were extremely friendly and helpful

The location was excellent and the value for money was first class. My host met me on time and returned what remained of my deposit after deducting electricity and water Bill's.
These was a slight issue with a cockroach infestation which I dealt with myself.
The condo was clean and in a very handy area
