Centrally located in heart of NW Arkansas, freshly remodeled house with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, dining room, living room, kitchen, pool and 2 car garage. Master bedroom has a queen size bed, a full bathroom, his & her closet and a 52" TV. First guest bedroom includes a queen size bed, closet and 32" TV. Second bedroom is outfitted with twin bunk beds with a desk, closet and 32" TV. All linens and towels are provided. Living room has a fireplace and 52" TV (Wifi and cable provided). Fully furnished and functional kitchen: oven with stove top, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, waffle maker, cooking utensils, cooking bowls and other cookware, pots & pans, dishes, silverware. Enjoy your meals at a spacious dining room with a table that seats 6. Washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board . House is small child friendly with high chair, pack-n-play and baby gate. Private Heated pool (mid- April thru mid-October check with us for exact dates), diving board, pool toys and a pool side accessible full bathroom. Hot tub(open from September-June 15th). This is truly an oasis. Very easy check in and check out. This house was great for our family to get some rest time. Pool and hot tub were very clean and enjoyable.

It was our second time staying there and it was just as nice as the first time. The owners are always willing to take care of anything we need. They are very friendly and respectful. We hope to be able to come back in the future. We recommend that anyone looking for a rental should check out this property. It was a fantastic vacation getaway.

We really enjoyed the mid town oasis. Perfect for a family. We really enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. If we weren't mountain biking we were at the pool.

The house was beautiful the weather couldn't have been any better..swam during the day and hot tubbed it at night. It was very relaxing for my husband and I. We WILL book again!

Everything about this place was amazing. The location was just a couple of minutes to the promenade and any needs in the Rogers area. The listers were very easy to communicate with. The hot tub was definitely a plus. We will definitely be staying here again!

The property is beautiful, especially the backyard. The weather allowed us to swim in the pool everyday from afternoon until after sunset. We didn't even need to leave the premises to enjoy our vacation. We highly recommend this as an enjoyable and very relaxing getaway.

This house is not only in a erfect location and close to everything, but it has all the basic essentials to make your stay as relaxing as possible. It was spotless in every room and had more than enough space for the six of us. The pool came with all kinds of extras accommodating for any age. The owners had above and beyond communication and made everything a breeze. I highly recommend this house for anyone looking a this area. The house had so much to offer we barely scraped the surface.

What a fun place! Our original plan was to see a concert during our visit but it was cancelled and I have to say the hosts were excellent. The house was a blast. Hard to leave to go anywhere and explore when you have such an amazing pool or hot tub right in front of you. That being said, the communication with the hosts was 10/10(very responsive and helpful in a timely fashion). They provided a basket that had all the things you might need for an exploring expedition or just a float in the pool. In the end, we will most definitely return so we can check everything off the list of magical places they suggested. Best VRBO EXPERIENCE WE HAVE EVER!

My family and I rented this property for a week and everything was great! There were ants (but who doesn't have those this time of the year?) So we put out a few traps and it took care of them! The 13 year old and one year old loved the pool, and so did the adults!! Lots to do within a short driving distance, tons of places to eat and grocery shopping only a few minutes away! We might just be back again! 😉

We were celebrating our daughter’s 12th Birthday with her friends. And we all had a blast. We just wish the Hot Tub was going. But, it all the right tv stations, fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, the girls spent most of there time in the pool, it was big enough to do her party games, it had everything I needed to clean up with. It was perfect and we thank them so much! Her party was a big hit. 😊

Location was perfect for our needs. Owner responded quickly to a couple questions we had. There was pool toys, beach towels and sunblock available to guests. Fluffy towels and comfortable beds. Able to park in garage, which was a plus. Just a couple minor things. Air conditioner had a hard time keeping house cool. But when we stayed we was experiencing unusual high temps. There was ants in the kitchen that got in some of our food. Which we had to throw out. Overall we really enjoyed the rental and would stay again.

Really nice owners who were not only quick to respond but helpful with suggestions on things to do. The house was stalked with absolutely everything you’d need from pool toys to speakers, enough paper products for the weekend, bike tools and the perfect heated pool and hot tub. Rogers had plenty to do but also only 15 minutes from Bentonville bike trails.
