Very small and to cluttered
you have to crank your neck up to watch TV and
Being asked to strip the bed empty all the bins I think this is rude. I paid to sleep there not do the cleaners job.

Quirky accommodation. Good parking and internet.
Lovely and clean. Cereal, milk, sliced bread, butter and jam provided for simple continental breakfast.
Not within walking distance of town centre or restaurants bars etc.

Off street parking was good, easy access to city and transport. Heated towel rack was a nice touch. Breakfast supplies were good and bbq facilities were available.
There was only one window for ventilation available that was located above the bed and it was very close to the road and traffic. Also we couldn’t access the stated washing facilities, Email contact was not forthcoming

Eine wunderschöne Unterkunft, in der es an nichts - aber auch gar nichts - fehlte. Es war alles da, was man braucht: von "normaler" Küchenausstattung über Öl/Salz/Pfeffer, Abwaschutensilien, Küchenkrepp bis hin zu Frischhaltefolie und Tücherbox. Auch für's Frühstück war alles da: Brot, Butter, Marmelade, Müslie, Milch. Räume beheizbar, rauchen auf der Terrasse erlaubt, Parkplatz im Grundstück. Innenstadt bei guter Kondition (Rückweg ausschließlich bergan) fußläufig erreichbar (ca. 40- 50 min). Herrlicher Ausblick von der Terrasse! :)
Ich war ein bisschen irritiert, dass wir das Bett abziehen sollten beim Check Out, aber da ansonsten alles so stimmig war, haben wir das gemacht. ;)

I stayed for three nights on a work trip and this was the perfect place. Quiet and peaceful to wind down after meetings, but it felt safe as a solo person and felt homely. This place had all the extra comforts needed and those "small" things made my time there so much easier. There were good breakfast options and was well worth the money. I would highly recommend staying here.

super comfy bed and overall accommodations!! weather didn’t cooperate so unfortunately wasn’t able to spend time enjoying the lovely views from the deck.

Very well equipped with plenty of breakfast options provided (make sure you check the fridge and cupboards before visiting the supermarket as everything you need is supplied). Very warm and cosy with good heating, lovely bathroom with good shower. Bed & pillows are comfortable. Nice big screen TV on bracket that can be moved for different viewing positions. Convenient location that is handy to town and close to good dining options, supermarket, bakery, etc. Despite being a reasonably busy road, we found the unit very quiet.
Only down side for me was no power point in the bathroom but there is a double power point in the bedroom which is close to a mirror however the lighting makes it hard to see in the mirror (just because I'm used to good lighting when drying & styling my hair).

The accommodation had everything we could require - and in abundance. Even had a Nespresso machine with pods. Bedroom was very quiet despite its proximity to the street.

Could not work out where to get in. Owner/manager was not answering phone. Finally found out how to get in and owner phoned me later.

Location was very handy to the area I wished to go. The breakfast had many options, and was very fresh.

Breakfast was great and I appreciated the gluten free bread. The place was very clean ans comfortable. The bed quite luxurious!! It was a delight to stay there. It is so well situated and there is a lovely view from the deck.

The breakfast was excellent with choice of cereals and gluten free bread and lots of choices of spreads. I love the bed it is so comfortable and cosy. it is a lovely place to have friends to visit and so private and peaceful. A real holiday. The kitchen is just right. It's like having my own tiny home for a few days and I was sad to leave. Great shower, Excellent provision of soap, shampoo and towels etc
I would have liked the bathroom fan and light to be on different switches but that is a small point amongst it all.
