Gute Lage, abseits der großen Touristenströme. Sehr großzügiges Appartement. Hochwertige Ausstattung. Gute Raumaufteilung. Zusätzliches kleines Bad mit Toilette / Dusche. Erstes Bad sehr groß mit riesiger Dusche. Neuwertige moderne Ausstattung.

Appartement mit vielen Fenstern, trotzdem etwas dunkel, weil nur 1 Fensterfront freien Blick gewährt (ansonsten Hausfassaden). Keine persönliche Begrüßung. Schlüsselübergabe nicht am Büro in Venedig, sondern per übermitteltem Code (den Weg zum Büro hätten wir uns sparen können). Mehrsprachige Mappe mit Infos allgemeinen Informationen und zur Bedienung der elektr. Geräte fehlt. Keine Kaffee-Maschine (elektrisch oder Bialetti), keine Mikrowelle.

I didn’t like that I need to fill a doc and pay on different site, when I book via book it I expect all on the invitation to be done via booking I don’t trust other sites. When I book with toddler I expect to have facilities for him like safe bed. And the sofa bed was not set for sleeping

The apartment was Centrally located very easy to find. The hosts were very helpful with our requests prior to arrival providing a porta crib. We found the apartment to be clean with plenty of bath towels. Grocery store is a two minute walk from the apartment. Very convenient. There is also a fresh vegetable vendor right around the corner.

We had to keep the garbage in the apartment for a full week. There we 7 of us and one infant. Although we asked Reception where we could throw out the garbage the only answer was to keep it in the apartment. Disgusting. You are also required, according to the paperwork we were given at Reception, to divide recyclables into Plastic,Glass and Paper but no bins are provided. They even insisted that Paper must be put in a Paper bag. I don't know about you but when I travel I don't think to pack a Paper recycling bag!! So we also had all of that piling up in the apartment as well. Then there was the issue with the heating and hot water or should I say the lack of it 3 out of 7 days. Upon contacting Reception they did send someone during the day while we were out to get it working only for it to stop the next day. The apartment was supposed to have three bathrooms in essence it is one powder room, one full bathroom (bathtub, separate Shower stall, toilet, bidet and sink)and another Shower/washing machine room with sink. Not what we expected. Oh and the bathtub had no stopper. While the kitchen is well stocked (Plates,Cutlery,Glassware and lots) it lacked a basic kettle (which we bought and left). If you plan to cook it doesn't provide cooking utensils except for two ladders. One dish towel not enough by a long shot. TV stopped working after two days.
