The view from the apartment is fantastic - right across the whole village and the bay. The balcony is a perfect spot for an evening apertivo before dinner and to enjoy the sunset. The roof terrace is private and perfect for soaking up the afternoon rays! The kitchen is brilliantly stocked with tools and basic seasonings/oil to help with cooking. Bathroom and bedroom clean and spacious. The apartment is quite a steep walk to get to, so not for the faint hearted unless you are looking to drive into the village each day.

The views were, indeed, spectacular and the flat was very clean and well-equipped. Maria was especially helpful.

To get the views, you have to be prepared for the walk back uphill from the beach... But it's really worth the effort!

We both had the feeling that this was the best possible apartment to stay in La Herradura 🙂: a bird's eye view from the highest terraces in town (the apartment terrace has a spiral staircase to its own private roof terrace) and a 5-minute walk to the beach (or 7, if you fancy walking down through the little streets and staircases of the old town). The apartment is very well equipped, spacious: a pleasure to be in! La Herradura itself is a great, not too crowded place to enjoy the beach.
