Lovely apartment with a patio overlooking the beach.

Very close to ocean, excellent ocean view. Sound of breaking surf. Coffee machine for good coffee. Comfortable bed with clean linen. Easy access to rocks.
Construction on site, had to park further away from flat.

Very spacious 1 bedroom flat with stunning sea view from everywhere in the apartment, amazing feeling to sleep with the sound of the waves breaking in the rocks and wake up early for sunrise. Very safe place located in a gated community, in a quiet area.
Lydia is an incredible host. She sent all the information we needed in advance, communication was great (even with my limited internet connection) and she made us feel very welcome in the apartment. She kept us updated about the scheduled power cuts in the area and it was great to have Internet connection and bedside light available while electricity was gone.
Highly recommend the place and hope to be back soon! Thank you Lydia for having us!

We absolutely loved the view, absolutely stunning 👌🏼& the bed was extremely comfortable, loved the fact that there were back lights for when loadshedding occurred, little gas stove as well , just the overall apartment was great & Lydia was extremely friendly 😃
The hand shower was not working & u could hear the neighbours, alot of stairs but other than that we had a great stay.

We love everything, we did not even feel the loadshedding as provision was made for us to have lights and the bushbaby stive was a helpful gesture, thank you so so much.

Best place to be for break. We were pleased by the location and the view of the property. Definity next time we will use this venue.

Lovely quiet location with a great view of the sea even from the bed and the sound of the waves crashing on the rocks.
Too far to stroll into town.

not clean, furniture damaged, needs renovation, everything made of steel rusty, didn’t feel comfortable there, no good value for money

the views are amazing, it's nice to have a mini ups for the wifi.
nice coffee machine
the cutlery and frying pans are sub par and need to be replaced, washing up sponges are dirty and need replacing.
the shower pressure needs to be looked at.

Beautiful scenery, Willie came to see us and told us about restaurants around and was very friendly. The unit was neat and tidy. Luckily the WiFi was equipped with battery backup when there was loadshedding.
Personally I would have preferred a washing machine instead of the dishwasher in the unit.

You have to drive trough the township to get there and it is far from the town center

Everything was perfect and well thought of. Really loved the loadshedding readiness of the property - gas stoves, wifi UPS, recharged lights. The host went as far as advising the best routes in and out of the property. Felt safe and comfortable the entire stay.

The unit was so spacious and kitchen was fully equipped, and had a beautiful sea view.
The fleece on the bed was not washed so it had a bad smell.

The apartment is in a quite area! Very clean and not too far from Hermanus CBD. Also the view is exceptionally, waking up to the sound of waves was so amazing!

The view and the kitchen
The bed was extremely uncomfortable and lumpy
There was no fan and especially since the sliding door was out of order a fan would have helped to keep the room cool at night so it got very hot inside
There was almost no water pressure in the shower and it flooded.
The blinds dont block out all sunlight so the sun shines through on the sides in the morning. They also rattle when the sliding door in the lounge is open.
Curtains are much better.
We actually cut our stay short by 2 days mainly due to the bed and heat at night as we couldn't sleep.
When on holiday rest is the most important aspect so without that we did not feel like we were on holiday.
