Lovely hotel with comfortable sunbeds and lots of umbrellas. Room was conformable and had all amenities.

Nothing to dislike

It was clean, and the lady in reception managed to get us into a sea view room (for an additional rate due to a no-show).

We had dinner on our first night - the staff were pretty hopeless. they did not understand that we just wanted a main course, did not know the menu and were slow to get us drinks (finally arriving after food). Initially we were shown to our room which was at the back of the property overlooking the service area and did not resemble the photos that were on the website. We did manage to change for a sea view at a cost. to pay in excess of EUR 300 for a room at the back is scandalous - rooms were small and the air conditioning seemed to be restricted - we could not get below 26 degrees. there is also a building site next door with mosquito infested stagnant water surrounding it.

Rooms were small - nowhere to hang clothes really or store suitcases for 2 people.

had to complain about the dinner I had there on the first night, my steak come up not cooked inside, I complain to the manager he sent the food back to the kitchen , and the same steak came back out not cooked, we said we don't want to eat there and left, really not good service, both the restaurant manager and hotel manger agreed they have been having problems with the kitchen and chef, and advised me to eat somewhere eles.

the food, the hot breakfast was cold, so had to complain again, but still the food came out cold, just not good enough for the price you pay.

they need to buy own the umbrella thing across the street. I don’t like paying for a chair, but it’s a great beach.

Everything was first class. The staff were so friendly and extremely helpful throughout the whole time we were there. The location perfect. It's approx 10 mins walk to the main town which is alot busier than where the hotel is located. The beach is just over the road from the hotel and you won't feel the need to hire a sunbed as you can just use one of the sunbeds at the hotel and go back and forth into the sea if you wish. It's such a lovely hotel; elegant, classy and perfectly located.

beautifully laid out, lots of space to be outdoors. breakfast was beautiful. a great walk into the more busy part of town. very quiet but great atmosphere. lovely staff. we had such a great stay and will be back!

room was quite warm despite having aircon on all night because of how the aircon was built in. also the room very quickly got wet - maybe just cause we stayed in the smaller room where the bathroom and shower was separated from sink etc.

Swift check-in. Reception staff very helpful. Breakfast was excellent and freshly replenished by attentive staff. New bathroom! Mountain view room was superb; had a side balcony towards the sea. End room, so very quiet.

We loved our stay at Hoposa Pollentia - the hotel is very modern and clean with beautiful interior. The location is perfect, right by the beach and within a short walk of lots of shops and restaurants. Our room was nice, we would have loved one with a balcony or sea view however but we didn't spend loads of time in there, so mountain view was fine. The bed was very comfy, huge and the shower was clean and powerful. The rooftop area was lovely, plenty of beds for all guests. The breakfast was also delicious with lots of choice! The gym was simple but fine for a couple of holiday workouts and I had a massage at the sister hotel next door which was the best spa treatment of my life. would definitely recommend!

Excellent location near the beach. Fortunately in a quiet area of Port Pollencia. Guest were also quiet and respected others privacy. Rooms clean and comfortable with nice balcony terrace.

The trend is that prices of 250 Euro p.n. and above (including food) become the standard. For this money you could expect a larger room. The hotel is really good but for this money there are better places.

Exceptional breakfast buffet with a wide selection of food options. Amazing rooftop terrace with small pool and sun beds available. Restaurant and bar also had tasty snacks and cocktails with very friendly staff. We had a room with sea view which was the highlight of the stay: waking up to this view was amazing. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Concierge and reception staff were also very helpful in solving our issues and giving recommendations during our stay. Live music was also very nice during some evenings with local artists.

Location is amazing, right in front of the beach but also with nice mountains view. Staff was great, very polite and ready to help when needed. Breakfast had plenty of options, including nice fresh fruits and pastries.

Room was a bit too small, not much space for the luggage.
