nice place to stay, but avoid staying during hot weather.

The checkin process was very convenient. Key left in a lockbox with a map/ instructions for the apartment. Both girls in reception that we met were so helpful. They tried their best to help us. The apartment was as pictured. It has a great balcony with a view of city, mountains and ocean in distance. It was a 10 minute walk with lots of steps to the beach which was convenient but if you have mobility issues could be a problem as entrance to apartment complex also has many steps. There is a pool and it was so clean and inviting.

Staff are only at the reception a few hours a day so it was difficult to leave out bags when we had a late ferry. But they did store them for us until 17:00 at another location. We needed later but were happy to have some storage for some hours. The only problem for us in our stay which was big was the heat. The apartment has no AC and the small table top fan was not powerful and it had a timer to shut off every hour. I woke many times in the night to reset the timer as it was soooo hot in the apartment. It was only 27 C outside but the problem is there is no cross breeze to get outside air in. With windows open it doesn’t cool it enough. The receptionist was nice and gave us a 2nd fam as we had to work all day in the apartment. I’d recommend AC or ceiling fans be added for comfort of guests.

Very good

The apartment complex was small only about 15 or 17 rooms. So it never became over crowded or noisy. The pool was well maintained and clean. The view from the apartment, with its terrace overlooking the pool and the Morro Jable Lighthouse. All the facilities that you would expect from a 2/3 star complex. We enjoyed that the complex was slightly away from the strip of Jandia Playa, and Morro Jable and that it was up the hill, catching the breeze The layout of the complex was quirky with its different levels, even within the apartments The staff, were all very friendly and helpful and always worked out a solution to any problem that we have had.

The public areas circulation areas and steps though out the complex were not as clean as the rooms, and could have done with a regular sweep. The staff worked very hard over the cleanliness of the rooms, so the dirty steps outside the rooms were disappointing. The rooms do not have A/C nor are their ceiling fans so they did get very warm, (The outside temperature when we visited (June/July 2023 was over 33C, so the rooms were hotter. (It was great to sit on the terrace at 3.00am to cool down). There are steps throughout the complex including within the apartments so people with mobility difficulties could struggle.

Lovely property in a hillside location

The property is in an ideal location for access to the older part of Morro Jable. The beach was easily accesible as was a walk along the shore line in either direction. The Check in was very straight forward, simply follow the instructions. The apartment was spotlessly clean on arrival and cleaned on an almost daily basis whilst we were there. Plenty of room in the apartment and a large well equipped terrace.

WiFi did not work, no sun on balcony as north facing, but was also next to main road, cleaner kept knocking on door repeatedly even though I was clearly on a call. would not stay again.

It's more like an airbnb than a hotel since there is almost no staff. The room are spacious.

Close to the beach and city centre.

The staff is there only from 1:30 pm to 3:30 pm and they tell you not to arrive before 3 pm so you have half an hour to meet with them on your arrival and in our case they forgot to leave a wifi code in our room. The wifi code is only valid for your stay and apparently they only provide it upon request. They couldn't provide it until the following day at 1:30 pm.when the staff comes back. And finally the wifi did not work well. We couldn't use it to work. Check out os at 11am and your electronic key literally stops working at 11am sharp. The front door of the hotel was full of garbage when we arrived. We had lots of ants in the living room and the bathroom.

Exceptional

Great duplex apartment overlooking the pool. A quiet central complex 5 mins walk to beach and max 10 mins walk to shops and restaurants in Morro Jable town centre. Private terraces have sun loungers plus tables and chairs. Like most of the Canaries there is no AC but not a problem for us as we leave the window open. Gardens an pool area were fantastic as were all the staff we met.

a too hot experience!

We, a small familie of tree persons, dit not find it very comfortable. it was very hot in the appartment. no wind no fan. there were the first day no sheets and towels for our daughter. The reception is only two hours a day open. when we called there was an answering machine.

there was a lot of traffic noise. music and a barking dog. we liked the swimmingpool.

All was great, small kompleks with a pool and close to the beach. The apartment was nicely decorated, large terrace and great view.

The apartment was nice and had everything one might need. The location is close to the beach, which is just amazing. Have we known before we went, we would stay there longer for sure. The only thing is there are a lot of steps and can be a bit confusing how to come to the room. But overall very pleasant stay. Would recommend.

Nice,friendly and good value.

Everything was perfectly clean and kept that way. Location is closer to the old town .

The complex has many stairs. Obviously the two floor apartment has stairs but getting from street level to the pool area is multiple flights of stairs. If you pack light it's not a huge issue for most people but if you have large suitcases it might be.

great place for a much needed relaxing week near the beach!

really liked the split levels and space we had in the place, was great to have our own terrace too! really easy to walk down to the beach and to the local restaurants, the beach was fab!

the terrace only got sun in the morning, but that’s a very minor point! it didn’t matter to us much.

Clean, bright, spacious apartment that represented very good value for money.

The apartment was bright, spacious and clean with a very good sized furnished balcony. We particularly liked the bedroom which was comfortable and well furnished. The kitchen was small, but with everything we needed and was spotlessly clean. The property was well located, being a 5 min walk to the wonderful beach. We didn't try out the pool, as we prefer to swim in the sea.

The main drawback for us was the noise from the road, but we did get used to this. As mentioned in previous reviews, the bathroom would benefit from a makeover, but we feel that for the price we paid, the apartment overall represented very good value for money.

We enjoyed the town and the apartment, which was about where we wanted to be

The location was good, although it would have been difficult for anyone who found walking up and down hills, or steps, a problem.

Perhaps a bit more information about routes to the beach, and the exit by the swimming pool seemed a bit unreliable.

Great price, great location!

I liked everything about this place and am surprised with the low price I paid! When my partner and I first walked in, we were surprised at how big the place was, all the nice light, the nice balcony, and the reception (which was another nearby hotel, was super friendly and we got welcome drinks) Location-wise, you are RIGHT next to the stairs that will take you down to the most beautiful white sand beach you'll ever see. Then when you walk along this path, you are in the main village within minutes greeted by great places to eat right along the water. Such a great location and crazy good price!

The hot water wasn't working for a couple of days, which I'm sure does not usually happen, but did for us and we didn't take showers during the time even after having been at the beaches.
