Nothing - all good. This is not super luxury accommodation, but its very good value for money for what it is.

staff was friendly and kind, very helpful. check-in was quick. Loved the location 5min away from the train station yet far enough so that you feel you are in town yet not bothered by the trains. Location is residential and modern, quiet at night. The rooms are very economical too. only paid 65 EUR a night with a super large, kitchen equipped room and large bathroom (in which the toiliet was - which I do not mind).The room also has a boiler and coffee machine (filter) and all glass/cutlery/plates you need in addiition to the stove and fridge. The heating was working well (including in the bathroom) and the toilettry was clean. Contrary to my earlier review in 2021, I found the noise insulation was very good and improved (my room was on a lower floor as well). I can only recommend this place.

The bed was good and the space for the kids as well as the kitchenette wre a plus. Parking lot close to the city very good too. Good internet and desk. Very good light and big windows in the room.

Great place to stay for location so close to Reims centre and short walk to all major sites, about 45mins to Champagne Parc which is definitely worth a visit, great that it’s dog friendly and has underground parking. Great facilities like kettle and percolator mini hob, sink.

bathroom was really out dated but clean, the shower was really good too, but flooded the bathroom floor every time we used it, you could tell that this had happened before as some of the bath and sink panels had warped but it was clean non the less. Coffee would of been great in the room.
