Positioned on the front in the highest location, looking out through the foreshore reserve with views of the Bay, this 2 level/4 bedroom/2bathroom house has everything one would want for a great Island holiday. Freshly refurbished by new owners this fully equipped holiday house is screened throughout, light and airy and the perfect location for families, couples and groups. There is plenty of room for children with a lounge room on the top level, and a family room downstairs opening onto a large covered patio with a bbq and a garden fireplace on the side. Just a one minute stroll through the reserve to the pristine white sandy beach this is one of Moreton's best locations for that great holiday adventure.

Beautiful house on the hill! Our family of 12 fits nicely and we have thoroughly enjoyed ourselves chilling and enjoying the view on the balcony with daily visits from the local Kookaburras. Beach was 2 mins walk. Kitchens were well equipped.
Now the bad.. We get visits from cockroaches in the bathroom which was fine if only insecticide was provided so we had to use the slipper to kill them. One of the pedestal fan doesn’t work and the other one in the bunk room was not good enough. Kids on the upper bunk cant get sleep as the room got too hot. A better and a good fan should have been provided instead.
Overall we all agreed that the house was great apart from the above issues. Thank you for having us :)

Property was well presented, kitchen needed more equipment. Security was an issue at the time of our holiday. Dealing with the booking and balance payment of the property was very difficult.

We will be coming back - as a house for a group or "middle aged men from Brisbane", perfect. Great place to relax and base ourselves for driving and fishing, already planning 2024.

The rental manager met us and took us through the property, well set up with outdoor BBQ, fireplace and as situated high, view of the bay are above the tree line. Property offers linen and encourage you to use this service verse packing your own gear. Bedroom options both upstairs and downstairs. Neighbours dog came in for a visit, she is a staffie but harmless and got plenty of pats from us, she just wanted to hang.

The outdoor space was by far the best part about this place. We spent a week of lazy afternoons/nights taking in the view and cooking on the outdoor BBQ. Beach just across the way and everything you could need for a relaxing stay on Moreton. We thoroughly enjoyed our week here and will be back. Plenty of room for us all to enjoy! Thank you so much!

Seaview was the perfect house for my family to stay in.
The beds were comfy, and clean. The house layout was perfect.
Our favourite part was the outdoor kitchen & television. Created a great atmosphere for Friday night Football :P

Don the property manager was extremely helpful with checking in on both separate weeks we rented out the property.
Accommodation was suitable for our team during our stay.
I would highly recommend this place & would definitely rent it out again in a private capacity for a family holiday.
Shop close by is expensive but it is handy to pick up additional supplies & even a burger.

Ideal beach house getaway
We had a really great week in this property. It was absolutely sparkling clean when we arrived (no mean feat on a sand island!), it was comfy to sleep in, the outdoor bbq/ cooking zone was fantastic and we had the friendly local Kookaburras visit us every evening.

Great large house with plenty of room to allow for space. Plenty of rain water. Great breeze up on the hill and easy stroll down to the beach. Little bit dearer than other houses I considered, but def worth the extra $$

Ample parking, elevated design, beach views and the outdoor kitchen are a huge asset to this house.
The pictures on the listing do not do it justice. 2x Large double rooms upstairs (one with a bunk) a large double down stairs and a bunk room.

The problem was the upstairs beds seemed too flimsy, and squeaked when you rolled over.The benefit of having two showers could not used at the same time because when someone was in one shower the other didn't have the hot water.But enjoyed our stay with our grandchildren.
