The apartment is well ventilated and protected by shutter shutters from the sun. We visited this little town at the end of September, when it was pleasantly quiet (we love it). The apartment is located in the city center, protected from the street by the part of the building. The place is quiet, the terrace has a view of the sea. The apartment is equipped, clean, the host is friendly. We really like it, thank you!

El apartamento está muy bien. Sin lujos pero con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días de vacaciones. Y la terraza es genial. Como única pega los días que estuvimos hubo una ola de calor y el apartamento se recalentaba un poco durante el día al ser una planta superior. Pero entre la terraza y los ventiladores lo soportamos bien. La comunicación con el propietario fue correcta aunque tampoco tuvimos mucha necesidad de contactar con él porque todo estuvo muy claro. 100% recomendable

Nous avons été bien acceuillis par Stefano. L appartement propre, est bien équipé et très bien situé pour se rendre à pieds dans le centre du village. La terrasse est très bien avec une superbe vue. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour!! Seul petit bémol le manque de clim, il faisait très chaud même en fermant les volets toute la journée et les ventilateurs n étaient pas suffisant pour nous. Merci pour tout 🙂

Zum Ferienobjekt gehören fünf Wohnungen auf zwei Ebenen. Im Innenhof gibt es zwei Waschmaschinen und eine Grillecke für alle. Unsere Wohnung (in der oberen Etage) ist gut für vier Personen (zwei Schlafzimmer) geeignet. Sie ist sauber und für einen Urlaub vollständig und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Im Küchenbereich bietet ein großer Tisch genügend Platz für einen Aufenthalt im Inneren. Sehr schön ist die große (~3x5m²) überdachte Terrasse, auf die (bei entsprechendem Wetter) morgens und abends die Sonne herein scheint. Von hier aus sieht man über die benachbarten Dächer und kann Durchblicke zum Meer und auf einige rote Berge genießen. Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und gastronomische Einrichtungen sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Auch einige Wanderungen kann man gleich von der Wohnung aus beginnen. Der Panoramaweg am Steilufer nach Pedra Longa ist äußerst empfehlenswert. Mit Anfahrten von etwa 20 bis 60 km ergeben sich bereits zahlreiche Möglichkeiten für Wandertouren durch den benachbarten Nationalpark mit seinen phantastischen Bergen, Schluchten und Felsnadeln.

Die Landschaft am Golf von Orosei ist sehr hübsch. Im Landesinneren gibt es große Wälder zum Wandern. Es gibt schöne Strände und das Meer ist im September 26 Grad warm. Die Wohnung liegt mitten in Santa Maria Navarrese, einem kleinen angenehmen Ort. Geschäfte und Restaurants liegen in der Nähe. Dennoch istes sehr ruhig. Das beste an der Wohnung ist die große überdachte Terrasse mit Blick über die Dächer. Der Ortsstrand ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Schöne große Wohnung, bequemes Bett, super Terasse. Einzig das zur Verfügung stehende Geschirr lässt zu wünschen übrig. Wer gerne kocht und nicht jeden Teller und Tasse gleich wieder abspülen möchte, könnte sich ärgern.

Eine schöne Wohnung in einem kleinen typischen sardinischen Dorf am Berghang

Die Wohnung liegt sehr gut und den Ausblick von der Dachterrasse haben wir jeden Abend und jeden Morgen sehr genossen. Die Supermärkte sind in der Nähe und gut fußläufig zu erreichen. Es gibt ein paar schöne Restaurants im Dorf auch preislich völlig in Ordnung. Der Strand ist wunderbar zum Schnorcheln, Strandschuhe sind nötig. Es ist ein Kiesstrand. Etwas weiter gibt es aber auch Sandstrand. Die Wohnung hat zwar keine Klimaanlage, aber wenn man morgens die Fenster und Rolläden schließt, ist es noch gut auszuhalten. Die Vermieter stellen in den Schlafräumen Ventilatoren zur Verfügung. Das Bad ist leider sehr klein - aber ok. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Wir hätten uns vielleicht eine Kaffeemaschine gewünscht - sind aber mit dem Espresso-Kocher zurecht gekommen. Von der Gegend um den Golf von Orosei waren wir begeistert - das herrliche türkisfarbene klare Wasser - die imposanten Felsklippen - die Grotten und schönen Strände am Golf von Orosei (z.B. Cala Goloritze) - schöne, aber auch anstrengende Wanderwege in der Nähe - viel Natur im Hinterland und in den Bergen. Insgesamt hatten wir eine richtig schöne Zeit, gutes Wetter sowieso. Die Vermieter Stefano und Magdalena waren sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und entgegenkommend bei der An- und Abreise. Wir kommen gerne wieder dorthin.

We (a young couple from Germany) had a wonderful time in this lovely holiday flat. Everything was as described and neat and tidy. Especially the terrace was the highlight of the flat. It had a good view to the sea and was indeed ideal to read a book and enjoy a warm breeze. Although we were not very fluent in Italian, Stefano was always kind and helpful. We could reach him anytime wee needed something. We can highly recommend this flat, and if we go to Sardinia again, we will definetely consider to come back here. Santa Maria Navarrese is a nice little town with a solid touristic infrastructure, yet it is still quiet and we could relax (at least when we were there at the end of September 2015). Bars and restaurants we can recommend are MeC Puddu's and the L'Olivastro (which is a nice bar located directly at the beach). Furthermore, there are vast hiking opportunities around (e.g. to the Cala Goloritze, which is shown on some pictures). Thanks Stefano for the opportunity to have this great vacation!
