I have been renting g this house for Carnival every year for the past 10 years. The house is clean, spacious and very functional for a large group not to mention a great location. Our booking, checkin and check out process is simple and straightforward. The owner has been very responsive if it is necessary to engage him. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place!

The house is lovely. A few things are different from the pics, but more style than anything substantial. The location is perfect, everything was clean and organized, and the house spacing is very comfortable. Christian was great to interact with. The only relative negative is the lack of beach equipment, but otherwise we have an excellent time and are thinking about renting it again.

The property is near the Pilgrim monument, at the end of a dead end street. Easy walk to Commercial St., and there's a Stop & Shop nearby to stock up on food that you'll need for the week. There is a king bed in the basement bedroom, but basically double beds in the rooms on the 2nd floor. I don't think they were queens; we were squished in them.

We had a great time in this house! The location was perfect for walking into town, enjoying the restaurants, and quick trips to the grocery store. Will definitely be looking to stay here again.

Host Christopher is responsive and cares only that you are enjoying your stay to its utmost extent. Loved it!

The house was close to commercial street and a very easy walk. It was spacious and clean. We didn’t get to enjoy the sun deck a lot due to rain. Chris was a great host very attentive and made sure that we were comfortable and safe.

This is an ideal home for visits to Ptown. It's on a quiet dead-end street but just a 5 minutes walk to everything. The home is lovely with plenty of room. Loved the screened in porch and the outside dinning/BBQ area. The host was very responsive to all questions. I would definitely stay here again on future visits. Thanks!

Place is great, plenty of room, very clean and tucked away on a quiet street. My sister loved the bed on the lower level so much, she’s looking into buying the same mattress! The pictures don’t do it justice. I asked to extend by one day via text and Chris was quick to reply made it very easy. The fireplace in the living room is super cozy! I look forward to returning!

The house was perfect for two couples. The beds were extremely comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed and the TV room was very relaxing and great for watching movies while sipping wine. We also enjoyed the screened in porch for morning coffee and the outside picnic table for dinner. The location is excellent! It is a short 5 minute walk to Commercial street. Christian was also amazing and quick to respond to all of our questions. We were very sad to leave and hope to be back soon.

It was a great vacation home. Very spacious. The only thing I would change is the bed sizes but other than that it was a great stay.

We have stayed in this house for almost 10 years for PTown Carnival. The house is very spacious and in a great location. Perfectly located a short walk from the center of town. Christian, the home owner, is always very quick to respond to any inquires. We will certainly return to this house every year.

Celebrated our 25th year ,as friends , vacationing in p town! We ve been long term renters at two places over 23 of them and hope to be long term here as well!!!! The owner answered any questions immediately. The home was spotless. The new couches in the TV room were beautiful and super comfortable. Last year’s spring rains made the screened in front porch our go to hangout spot , but this year the deck was our outdoor dining spot!!! Great use of space and ample room to find a spot to read a book, take a much needed nap, or have some happy hour apps and libations!!!

9 Holway is a perfect choice for a stay in Provincetown. The property is central to everything, clean and spacious. Check in was easy and Christian was quite attentive. We will be looking to stay again on future vacations.

We’ve been coming back every year, and this was our 4th stay. Great property as always. Very clean and sanitized. Check in and out times on the app are not accurate. Extra time needed for cleaning has not been updated on the app so we were a little confused this time. Overall, great stay and we will come back again.

Pictures don't do the place justice - it is very large and well maintained. We had an issue with the hot water while there, which was promptly (same day) addressed by the owner. Would definitely recommend.

I've rented this place every year for almost 9 years for me and my family. We really love this place. it's located walking distance from town. The booking and check in experience is seamless. The owner and property support team are very nice and responsive if needed.

This has been our 3 or 4th time staying at this house. There is never a need to worry. Chris makes the stay stress-free. Everything you need is there. It is also the perfect location...quiet and private. The unit is always spotless. I look forward to Provincetown every year. This home just makes the experience even better.

This is the perfect place if you want to be in an extremely comfortable space that is a 5 minute walk to the center of Commercial street yet feels private and serene. The house is always spotless and well-maintained. Chris is very responsive and a pleasure to work with.

Very happy to come back to this lovely home for our second time and already planning to book it again. Only suggestion is that the back yard/ deck needs a bit of weeding and landscaping.

Large house, very clean and in a great location! About a five minute walk to Commercial Street. Stop N Shop was also about the same distance. The basement apartment is really big and the other two bedrooms are a good size. The decor is definitely dated but if that doesn't matter to you, definitely book this house.

We enjoyed our stay very much. For future renters, the thermostat says “I am for heat only” so not sure why it’s listed as having AC. We were ok as the weather was perfect. The bedrooms are on the second floor and basement. On second floor there is two bedrooms and one bathroom and one bed is full size with a very bad mattress. The main floor has another nice bathroom with a tub as well. Very nice. Unlike the pictures, only one bedroom has a TV. These are minor things; however, considering the price point, worth mentioning. Once a few little extras are done, it could be amazing.

Weekend visit while in town for a conference. House is spacious, clean and conveniently located. Hope to be back again another time!
