We are very proud to own this condo, Coronado 102 and also his neighboor Coronado 105 (https://www.vrbo.com/791539?unitId=1339477)! If your party is really large, we also own Cabrillo 102 and Cabrillo 106 near by, also ground floors Please note this condo features a king size bed in the master bedroom, a full size bed in the additional room (very small, enough space for the bed only) and also a full size sofa bed in the living room. Experience an atmosphere of unparalleled comfort enhanced by amazing sea views. Spacious and nicely decorated, each luxury suite is uniquely and beautifully furnished and ranging from 1000 (Phase 1) to 1150 (Phase 2 ) square feet – featuring a marvelous bedroom with luxury king bed, gourmet kitchen, laundry room, and a delightfully furnished living area with a satellite television, internet, WiFi, lifestyle inspired furniture, plush sofa and the ultimate in luxury resort amenities. Step out on your private terrace - only in ground floors - to savor breathtaking vistas of the Sea of Cortez as you embrace the peaceful sounds of the tides. Hotel is under renovations…wish that was disclosed. Other than that great stay. Sliding door was a little hard to use, but again the location and place was great. Would totally stay again!

This ground floor unit has a well appointed kitchen. Some added benefits over other units we have rented are a very comfortable king size bed, dual vanities in the bathroom, a walk in shower and tons of storage space. We were with family that rented their Cabrillo 106 condo and it was a very short walk between the two units.

We had a perfect vacation here. The back door is literally feet from the lazy river and pool bar. Very nice suite. Had everything we needed to be comfortable. The whole place is very clean.

We never stayed on the first floor at Rocky Point and we loved the ease of access to it all instead of walking through the garage and waiting for the elevator. We also loved the small bedroom in this unit with a full sized mattress for our 12 yr old. Normally she sleeps on the pull out in the living room, so it was nice for her to have her own tiny, private room instead of getting an actual 2 bedroom. I recommend this property and owner!

I've been coming to the property for over 10 years, and it's still in excellent shape. The new checkin procedures went much quicker this visit having been able to do most of it online. The room was perfect - I loved being on the first floor this visit. Thank you for a great getaway!

Have stayed in these units a few times and always love them! First floor, walk right out to the pool or beach, grills out the front door and no waiting for the elevator!! Las Palomas has ALL the amenities!!

The room was dirty and some damage to screen door , to couch and end table in Bedroom . We notified Management . THEY KNEW ALREADY . The staff came to clean and repair . We sent them away and cleaned .A maintenance man came within the 1hr. We Worked together . Did his best and left . We enjoyed are stay and transcending very Chill weekend with Family and friends. We cleaned before leaving 😊.We look forward staying there again.

We stayed for our anniversary. We had a great time. I recommend this condo on the ground floor. We were able to eat breakfast every morning on the balcony and walk right over to the pool or ocean in 2 minutes. I would stay on in this condo again.

We enjoyed our stay in this condo! It was very clean, had a very well stocked kitchen and we enjoyed the ground floor access straight to the lazy river. We will definitely be coming back to this condo for our future beach stays!

We only stayed for one night, but I loved that it was an option. Most places require a two night stay. It was clean and I loved the accessibility to the pool from the patio. Will stay there again.

We always have a great experience staying in this unit! It’s our third time staying here and we would stay again! It’s always an easy process and the location of the unit is ideal especially with kids since it’s a ground level that opens right to the pool! Would highly recommend this unit!

We loved the condo and the community. Staying on the first floor was wonderful. We were able to walk out the back patio door and into the pool. The condo was clean, the decor was lovely, and (most importantly) the King sized bed was comfortable! If you want to do a lot of your own cooking, the kitchen only has the basics. But it's enough for creating basic meals. You can park right outside of the unit (uncovered) or down one level for covered parking. We would definitely stay here again!

It was great. The condo is amazing. Just a note for the owner. There was a leak in the laundry room, coming form above, it didn’t affect us at all, but I saw some drops of water coming down. But everything was perfect. Thank you! We’ll be coming back!

Perfect location! We loved our time in Las Paloma’s and in this unit. Couple minor changes would be the oven opening all the way and the maid service leaving plenty of supplies. Minor issues and we will be back!

We loved the Ground floor location, right outside the lazy river, pool bar and beach! The room is perfect for up to 5 guests, the kitchen is very well stocked with the necessary equipment to make your beach getaway perfect. We will definitely stay in this unit again!
