A great hotel . Just needs a bit more of a clean up

Grounds were stunning . Staff helpful and friendly

Infinity pool was hazy and dirty . Bathroom smelly . Got better after the shower was used a couple of times

Had a great time. Right across the road from the beach. Very friendly staff but not all had good English.

The beds were very very small and uncomfortable 10 days and the worst sleep I’ve had ever in a holiday.

It was a great holiday for us in Pullman thank you!

I like the location and the pools the breakfast and bbq Mondays were amazing food too!

Not adding an extra bed for my child for free.

I like the location of the hotel but I disappoint about my room.

Near by the beach

The room is old and not clean. The wardrobe was dusty. The couch smells and a bit spoiled.

I really enjoy the view from my room and my balcony which made me prefer to stay in the room during hot day.

I like the ocean view which gives excellent view of Kuta beach especially the high floor.

the infinity pool area at 3rd floor was too hot during 10:00 AM - 16:30 when the sky is clear. beach umbrella will help provide some shade.

As a frequent traveler to the Pullman, I feel it has slipped somewhat. Time to another hotel a go.

They first stuck me on the 4th floor when I requested a ground floor unit, which was disappointing. After they moved me a day later the room was much better.

Green Infinity Pool - Unacceptable for a 5 star hotel Little things like running out of orange juice every morning at breakfast Running out of certain food items at breakfast Breakfasts are not as good as they used to be. Its the little things that count

Overall a great experience of Bali.

Loved the location and buffet breakfast. My mum loved the downstairs pool and lounges.

Wasn’t as clean as we thought it would be. Just checked out of the Fairfield by Marriott Legian and their cleanliness was exceptional. Upstairs infinity pool was murky and for 2 days had lost water so was too shallow.

Staff were friendly

Dirty room, mouldy smell from the aircon which made the room smell awful, infinity pool was on level 3 was green, food was very Indian inspired, Needs a lot of maintenance it’s old and dated. More of a family oriented hotel with a lot of kids, not really for couples who want to relax away from kids.

Poor pool sizes and lack or day beds or recliners. Long waits for internal phone system Very hard beds Beds retain heat and make sleeping difficult

Good hotel but needs some maintenance.

Great location across the road from the beach and easy walking to all the good restaurants and bars.

There was a musky smell in the room. The rooms are quite dated and well worn and bathroom set up is not practical at all.

Still a great stay, as always.

Staff are amazing as are the services.

Rooms and bathrooms starting to look a little dated. The lift nearest the room was under maintenance and not serviceable, therefore stairs only could be used. Nearest lift was a fair distance away.

The room was a very generous size. Staff are all friendly and very attentive.

Photos on website need to be updated. We solely booked this property as the photos showed an outdoor playground. Travelling with small children this was a massive draw card for us to stay here. We arrive at the property and ask where the playground is to be told it no longer exists. Very disappointing!

BEAUTIFUL HOTEL & GREAT STAFF, IN A PERFECT LOCATION

We love the Pullman, we have stayed there now before covid & after covid in an Ocean front room (4th floor). The facilities & the staff have been consistently excellent. The location is perfect for the beach & all Legian has to offer. The rooms are spacious, comfortable & match the star rating. The house keeping is impeccable. The breakfast is definitely 5 star quality. The rooftop pool is gorgeous & practical. We will always stay at the Pullie ❤️ (as we like to affectionately call it). Big Thanks to all the lovely hard working staff for their dedication keeping this hotel at a consistently high standard.
