Two family rooms both with 4K HD TV. Walk 3 minutes to the free bus shuttle to Winter Park Resort, or drive 6 miles to ski at Winter Park Resort or drive 33 miles to enjoy Rocky Mountain National Park. High vaulted ceilings with natural log beams, rustic mountain decor & hard wood floors with in-floor radiant heat welcome you upon entering this home. The open concept family room features a comfortable leather couch & 2 chairs that face a large flat-screen TV atop the gas fireplace mantle which is adjacent to the bar seating at the granite kitchen counter & the dining room table (seats 6-8). Park in the attached heated 1.5 car garage & store your ski/snowboards in the storage area in the garage. Only 3 minute drive to Safeway/Starbucks & less than a 10 minute drive to Winter park ski resort. Amenities include a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with modern stainless steel appliances and granite counters, heated 1.5 car garage, private HOT TUB, free hi speed Wi-Fi (600 mbps), 2 flat-screen 4K TV’s with cable, Apple TV, DVD player, huge washer & 2 dryers, nice deck with gas GRILL & sectional couch seating, XBOX/games, in floor radiant heat throughout the house, gas fireplace, blow dryers, humidifiers, sleds, Pack-n-Play, foldaway crib, highchair, booster seat, baby gate, baby bumbo seats, changing pad, baby proofing kit (outlet covers, cabinet locks), toys, Fully furnished kitchen with pots/pans, dishes, platters, bowls, crockpot, regular & Keurig coffee makers, french press, blender, instapot and so much more! Summertime invites several family-friendly attractions, including an alpine slide, climbing wall, zip line or miniature golfing at the base of Winter Park. Or maybe you prefer fishing, biking, High Country Stampede Rodeo, a relaxing massage or facial at Devil’s Thumb Ranch Resort and Spa and countless hiking trails. Head over to Lake Granby or Grand Lake, within 35-40 minute drive from the house. Rent a boat or enjoy a fishing expedition, swim in the refreshing waters or go bird watching and keep an eye out for white pelicans on Shadow Mountain Lake in Grand Lake. This place has it all. Great location, the house is well adorned throughout, and lots of nice touches. I went there with friends, enjoyed the kitchen and family room setup on the main floor. Covered hot tub with view outside the basement hangout is top notch.
Would be great for families as well, has pack n play, high chair, gates for starts.
The host was great, clear quick communication. Fixed our clogged sink, and didn't give us too hard a time when they found we put a few too many veggies in the disposal.

We found the property quite clean and spacious. It was the perfect distance from the resort with convenient shopping and restaurants. All 6 of us had our own beds and garage parking made for easy mornings.

Easy access from town. Clear instruction to enter the property. Had all the appliances and amenities inside the home. We went tubing which was 8 mins away. Close to grocery which was great to have. Hot tub was a plus of course. Thank you for having us.

This was an absolutely beautiful home in an amazing location! Very well stocked from the kitchen to the bathrooms! They have thought of everything and then some! We had an amazing time on our first (and definitely not last) trip to Colorado! While we were on the go much of our trip (came to the area for a wedding), the home was very welcoming and comfortable. Highly recommend this home if you are planning a stay in the area! Exactly as described! Would love to stay again!

The house and location were perfect for our family. Very peaceful and yet still close enough to go enjoy outdoor activities with the kids.
The house came with baby items ( pack n play, baby gates, high chair) that were super helpful.

Everything was awesome the house was perfect there was 10 of us . The grandkids enjoyed the hot tub. The ladies watched movies upstairs and the guy's watched movie's downstairs. Thanks for a amazing place to stay.

We LOVED our stay! Everything was just as pictured which isn’t always the case. Beautifully decorated & clean. There was nothing we needed, everything was there. Beds were very comfortable, rooms & bathrooms were the perfect size. Hope to be back! HIGHLY recommend!

This property is absolutely fantastic!! Clean, spacious, luxurious in all the spaces that matter (ahem, bathroom(s) and kitchen). Games for adults and kiddos. Kitchen was well stocked with pretty much anything you could need. Location was PERFECT!! The host was very responsive and in a timely manner. Highly recommend and definitely hope to stay here again!!

This was the perfect place for our family vacation. Last summer we spent weeks looking for the home that would be everything we needed for the first time all our adult children and us were together for a week of skiing and enjoying each other's company. At some point during our vacation, each family member told me how special it was. I could go on about the comfortable bedrooms, the pretty surroundings, or the well-supplied kitchen. Despite all those great features, I think everybody's favorite was the heated garage! Our host thought of everything to make our stay as enjoyable as possible.

We had a great stay at Grand County! It was the perfect size for our group of 4 adults and two children. Kitchen is very well stocked and as coffee drinkers we appreciated both the k-cup Keurig and traditional coffee maker. The hot tub was a hit and the heated garage was great especially since it fit our Yukon rental. Maureen was a great host and easy to communicate with. We will definitely recommend this spot to others looking for a great place to stay!

We just returned from a fantastic ski trip to Winter Park, and were so happy with this fantastic vacation home.
This home is a short drive to Winter Park (about 15 minutes), but we selected it during peak vacation season over New Years as it was twice as nice and half the price as anything we could find at the mountain.
And boy is it nice. The owner is clearly passionate about this home, as it is full of high-end amenities, unique décor, and thoughtful touches that make it much more than just a place to sleep and eat.
Everything was top-notch, from the memory foam mattresses, high-end fixtures and finishes, steam shower in the master bedroom, large hot tub, super large TV's, lots of books and games, heated garage (that fit our Chevy Suburban), charging stations in the bedrooms, available air humidifiers, Christmas decorations, etc. I could go on and on.
The town of Fraser is also awesome, with really fun places to eat, shop, and visit (much moreso than what you'll find at the mountain). At some ski resorts it makes more sense to stay right at the slopes. With Winter Park, do yourself a favor and stay in a great home such as this one, in a much better area such as Fraser. It's a 15-minute drive, park in Lot G right across from the base area, and take the free shuttle.
We are fortunate enough to take a number of vacations a year, and this was definitely one of the nicest homes we have stayed in. Thank you Maureen!

Amazing property. Probably the best we’ve ever stayed at honestly. Hot tub was out but property manager was diligent to help and accommodate. Saw moose while sitting on back deck! And a fox. Super refreshing trip.

This house is perfectly appointed, impeccably well-maintained and adorably designed. With two separate living areas, my fiancée and I were able to comfortably WFH from the lower level while my parents hung out during the day upstairs.
I would say this is an excellent set-up for two couples with kids or multi-generational trips.
The host has also left personal touches throughout and her love of the area shines through. I will whole-heartedly recommend this home to anyone traveling in the area.

Family of 4 enjoyed our stay in early October. The house is super clean and comfortable. Kitchen is equipped with everything you need and more. Fraser is a cute little town with lots to offer. We explored Grand Lake and the Rockies and drove the Trail Ridge Road. House is conveniently located to the National Park and National Forest.

The house exceeded our expectations! The location put us close to everything! The house was tastefully decorated and had a very warm cozy feel. The steam shower was perfect after long days in the river fishing. The hot tub was clean and large enough for the whole family. (5) communication with the host was perfect. We will definitely be returning in the future.

The house was absolutely perfect. Such a beautiful space, so warm and welcoming. Cooked in house Friday night and the kitchen was well stocked! Lovely outdoor patio. Hot tub was clean and easy to use. There’s some kids games downstairs but adult games in the upstairs cabinet (scrabble and such). Black out blinds if you want to sleep in. Quiet area. Fireplace was so nice to have going when it was a little chilly at night. 100/100 will be back!! Honestly have no complaints at all! Just perfect, and close to the downtown area if you want to walk around or go to dinner. Recommend the “make your own t-shirt” place as well! Fun to get a little custom sweatshirt and the owner was super sweet.

We would definitely rent this location again. Great place, very roomy and a beautiful view. We put out food for the l hummingbirds, they would fly within a foot of you face, they were breath taking.

Our family of 6 (4 adults and two older children) loved this rental property. We took easy day trips to RMNP, Grand Lake, Lake Granby, and the Winter Park area and enjoyed dinners at the home on the deck each night. The house had everything we wanted and needed for cooking meals and staying comfortable. Our children loved the room with bunks and the books that were provided. The views were spectacular and we enjoyed evening walks in the area while the sun set. Of the neighboring communities, we enjoyed the laid-back vibe of Fraser. We only wish we had more time.

The cabin is extremely well equipped with just about anything you could need. The beds were very comfortable and the furnishings and decor were lovely. We enjoyed the hot tub and cooked a meal in the great kitchen. The location was perfect for being close the the restaurants and shopping in town. Wish we could have stayed longer!
