possibilité d’aller prendre bateau à pied à 10 min pour îles borromées

emplacement pratique, chambre familiale

pas très bien isolé pour le bruit, chambre donnant sur terrain de foot avec match tard le 1er soir.

Séjour agreable, dans un hotel confortable où le personnel est accueillant.

Emplacement au calme, proche du centre ville( 5 mn à pied),et de l embarcadère pour naviguer sur le lac Majeur. Personnel accueillant

Hotel a Verbania a pochi passi dal lago e dal centro. Pulito, arredi un pochino datati, ma confortevole. Colazione ottima.

Exceptional

A group of 3 travelling on biking trip. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room spacious and spotlessly clean. Would highly recommend.

Own free parking, comfy bed, warm room, clean bathroom, strong wi fi. Friendly staff, good breakfast. Relatively close to the center.

Very basic, rather unwelcoming atmosphere. Not worth the money.

Superb

The room was comfortable for three adults. The staff was very responsive to needs, they helped with activities and directions.

Parking spots were a little tight.

Hotel very well located with free parking.

Ideally located. Good breakfast. Very confortable beds. Very nice welcome and easy arrival/departure. Thanks to the persons of the hotel.

If the room had air condition would of been perfect and good value for money

the property is very clean and the stuff is so friendly

the property isn’t the newest building and the walls/doors are a little bit noisy but if you are there to spend time at the lake and not in the hotel it is fine

Nice stay, clean and comfortable.

Spacious clean room, walking distance to the centre. Good breakfast (continental not italian ;) Parking available.

room facing multisports fields (soccer, tennis). We liked it, and it was quiet from around 10pm (but be aware if you want to sleep early)

Location was good.

Breakfast was poor. The walls was so thin that you can hear all yo neibourghs even think. The room was so uncomfy.

Great place to active people

It was very close to the place I had to go during the weekend. Super confortable and quiet. I did not use them, but there are some fields to play beach volley, soccer, tennis. Breakfast was ok.

No sleep ever.

Good location, nice staff, clean room, breakfast was OK.

No air conditioning, no tea or coffee facilities in the room, and it's the noisiest Hotel that I've ever stayed in. We arrived to a fitness party with dance music blasting until 9pm and the road is so load and locals congregate outside until late at night. Don't expect to go to sleep before 12 and expect to wake up before 6 am. Other than that it was lovely.

Location was ok near the bridge, staff was friendly. Hotel room was quite big with big bathroom, since we got a wheelchair friendly hotel room (without asking so), so everything was accustomed to being usable with wheelchair.

The hotel is quite old and outdated. The breakfast was very sparse and basic. The entrance was quite difficult to find. The hotel is located right next to 2 football fields, so you have the noise of people playing football all weekend, from morning until evening. For the comfort level of the hotel it is very expensive.

The position is great, we enjoyed the breakfast and the staff was gentle and welcoming. Nothing special to highlight, but I recommend it for a night-stay

It will be great to have a place where to put the soap while showering. The room was clean, but there is a need to pay attention to the accessories in the room, like the remote control and the chairs, but overall it was not so bad
