Easy, convenient beach access at an affordable Complex on the Beach w/Gulf View. Welcome to Sunrise Village 103! *UPDATE: No smoking on site at the complex starting January 1 except in designated area. No exceptions. Please read below for the full details.* Fresh paint & new living room furniture throughout! This two bedroom, one bath unit sleeps six with sleeper sofa in living room. Condo has many decor updates! New 50" HD SMART TV (May 2022) with DVD in living room. NETFLIX, HULU, Amazon Prime, etc available with your own account! Very close to the beach..only 2 doors down from the beach front! Flat screen TVs wall mounted in each bedroom, with front bedroom with 40" SMART flat screen! The bedrooms include new upgraded mattresses for ultimate comfort and relaxation. USB charging outlets in kitchen! The kitchen is well-equipped with quality appliances and stocked with all essentials. You'll have a Keurig single-cup and Mr. Coffee 12-cup coffee maker available. Bedding is: Bedroom 1: Queen Bedroom 2: Queen Sleeper Sofa: Queen Approx Area: 600 Sq Ft Condo is close to town, only 2.0 miles west of Hwy 59, directly on the beach. Parking for two cars directly under this first floor condo. No private balcony, but large breezeway for seating, just steps from the white sand beach! Convenience store/beach mart with restaurant and package store directly across the street. Common/public deck areas for viewing. Grilling area also (no grills provided). Non-Smoking Unit. Oversize vehicles will not fit in the parking spot. No trailers, high top vans, boats, etc are allowed on the premises. Vans with roof racks or taller vehicles with roof racks will need to have racks removed to fit in parking spaces. **New non smoking rules: There will be a designated smoking area on the north side of the dumpster enclosure (NOT inside the enclosure). We are working to make this area appealing to the eye and sheltered to provide as dry as possible for guests who are smokers, it will also have a butt dispenser. We are hoping that this will be inviting to our guests who are smokers and will create a comfortable area to do so without disrupting our other guests. All common elements are NON-SMOKING, this is outlined as the following: all land that is owned by Sunrise Village, walkways (decks, terraces, however you describe it in your booking), stairs and stairwells, parking area, driveway, and private balconies. In the instance that someone is smoking outside the designated smoking area we have produced a 3-strike policy: 1st offence - warning, and letting the guest know where the designated smoking area is as well as letting the guest know that if a 2nd offence occurs, there will be a fine. 2nd offence - $50 fine to the guest 3rd offence - eviction with no refund Gulf Shores Alabama Beach Vacation Rentals by Gulfsands. The beach was beautiful! My complaint is that two of the four nights we spent there we were awakened by a next door neighbor (15 feet away) operating a table saw out on the deck until after 11pm at night. We complained and did everything but call the police! Very disappointed

I would do something about the drop off in front of the cars. I dropped off and had to call a tow truck. Even though it is noted on the paperwork, it needs to be marked some sort of way.

Everything was ‘as advertised’. Being right on the water is the most important requirement. I like the digital lock checkin procedure. I wish that the pool was a bit bigger. We will consider this when booking for next summer. Thank you.

Great location within vicinity to all activities and restaurants. The Condo was super close to the beach. We are a family of five and the only complaint I have is the unit had 1 bathroom. Complete oversight on my part when booking. But! If you are a smaller family, the condo would be perfect for you!

It was overall not a bad stay, the sheets in one bedroom had stains though and then the long mirror was broken around the frame when we got there. The location and beach access was beautiful though! That aspect couldn’t have been better but their was only one toilet paper roll and no extra garbage bags. It did work well for pot group and we would stay there again just hopefully it’s a little cleaner next time

Overall the stay here was just ok for for us especially for the price at almost $1900 for the week. First the place is small which is fine with us we have stayed at this property before but you also notice a lot too in a place this small. The windows could use a cleaning, bathroom fan needs cleaned, floors need to be cleaned better, etc. I became frustrated because we drove and didn't pack chairs or an umbrella since it is listed in the listing description along with a photo of them. They didn't have them when we arrived and the listing company just kept telling me "none of our rentals come with them" ...ok then take it off the listing since it is deceitful. Also the response of "you can rent chairs on the beach" ...yeah sure for $170 for the week....we bought chairs/umbrella but it still costs us $150 and again we have some at home so don't need them. Also the pillows in the bedrooms should be updated....they are so flat and some are stained yellow. The blankets in the rooms are two flat sheets and a hospital style blanket. Again for the price of this property those are things you should invest in. The location of the property is clearly the best part.....it is super close to the beach, you can leave all the beach gear next to your car, and across the street is a store, ice cream, and restaurants. I wouldn't personally stay at this unit again but we do like this general location.

If you are looking for a place that is steps away from the sand, this is it. Was located perfectly for our kids… steps away from the beach to the condo for quick bathrooms breaks with kids or making lunch. The bathroom has some improvements needed with the shower faucets and some minor improvements needed, but for the cost and the location…. You can’t beat it.

Stayed Monday through Friday. Nice place. Not too big not too small. We'll stocked kitchen and wifi were very nice extras. Easy beach access and overall great experience. We will be back next year for sure.

Spring Break
Location is great for access to the beach! Also a short drive to area attractions. Condo itself needs upgrades to appliances. It appeared the cosmetics of the place were fairly recently updated, but the next update should be appliances. Check in process was odd, had to stop at an office (not at the actual complex) to get the code to get in vs just having it emailed (we got caught in traffic and had to pay an extra $50 to get that information from a security guard who was not happy with having to meet us!).

Great location
Such a great location! So close to the beach and even during the busiest part of summer the condo didn’t feel crowded with people and usually only 1-2 people at the pool or nobody there. Only complaint is the floors were sandy when we got there and the bedroom/bathroom was really cramped for our family but overall great place and would stay here again!

1. Couldn't check in until 4pm and checkout time 10am. Somehow doesn't seem like 48 hours for the price.
2. The dryer didn't work. But wow someone knocked on the door at 9am and informed us they were there to check the dryer. No one notified us of their arrival.
3. The mini blind in 2nd bedroom was mutilated and therefore offered no coverage.
4. Under the door was a 1/2 -3/4 inch gap to the outside. The weather stripping was worn out.
5. The unit could use a good cleaning. Fingerprints were on the mirrors, the kitchen table chairs were nasty (leftover food particles and sand. The couch and chair need a good cleaning.
6. On arrival the room smelled of mildew.

Inside of the rental was disgusting. There was brown liquid sprayed all over the walls and blinds of the kitchen. There was what looked to be dried blood on a few of the doors. I had to clean and scrub the walls, bathroom, and doors before I felt comfortable unpacking my family and I. The furniture was dirty and old. The only good thing about this rental was it’s location.

Whoever was there before us left their drugs/broken paraphernalia and my 8 year old autistic son found it under his bed. We are extremely lucky that he didn’t cut himself as he picked it up and ran to show me what he found.
Other than that location was great and amenities provided was perfect.
You might just want to make sure your cleaning crew is actually cleaning and checking under things so this doesn’t happen again. We were lucky no one was cut. It could have been a horrible situation.
