Spacious room with a double bed and one single bed, a modern and spotless bathroom, and a complete kitchen with great coffee and tea just outside the room. Because the room has its own hall, it is very quiet. The host is kind and proactive: he gave all the directions needed to access the building and checked whether everything was alright. The location is superb because the Castello, restaurants, and university locations all can be easily reached.

Very good location, friendly staff. It's possible to borrow a sun umbrella to go to the beach.

It was difficult to open windows - they were opening to the outside and with blowing wind I was afraid they might break. I'm not a big fan of air-conditioning and prefer to open windows even if it's warm outside.

With everything you need like desk, hair dryer, coffee maker -with coffee :) , fridge, and there's a lift to get to the flat. Good size room and bathroom and very clean, recommended. It's right in the old town, with attractions, restaurants and coffee shops near by, and close to the bus and train station.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The bed was very comfortable and the location was ideal since it was close to the many attractions, restaurants,shops, etc. The host and staff were very friendly and very helpful. Would stay there again. Thank you Andrea and Mary

The host (Andreas) is SUUUPER helpful - he checked a couple of times before my arrival to provide me with all the details required to check in, he cared a lot to be sure I'm comfortable and have everything I need, and responded from early morning to late evening, quite fast. Huuuuge love, I wish all hosts were like that!

The hosts were amazing and incredibly helpful. The room was very clean, fully equipped and cosy. The same with the bathroom. The room is in the city centre and only 7 minutes walking from the train station. When I will be back in Cagliari, I'll definitely book my stay there again!I

I’ve stayed only 2 nights but have quite mixed feelings about the place. Let’s start with the pros: good located, few steps and you’re in the center with many restaurants, bars and shops / communication went smoothly with the owner via Whatsapp

The room i’ve stayed in is definitely asking for a renovation, i’m not saying it wasn’t clean but very old and used, also the bed was very hard just as the pillows, no natural light in the bathroom, the wardrobe smells inside. However the cleaning lady put my clothes in the wardrobe so thank for God i opened it before i left the place, otherwise my jacket and few tops should have been left behind (pls don’t do it to travelers, we leave our stuff outside on purpose)…i know they just wanted to be kind but still. I really don’t like to leave a negative feedback but honestly I didn’t like the accommodation
