Very spacious house with parking space included. Comfortable bedrooms. Outside area for meals and leisure. The kitchen is fairly well equipped. Price (240€/night) seems right for the size and location.
Just some minor details could benefit from a minor renovation, like the living room sofas. Nothing really relevant.
