About this house rental
Spend your vacation on over 300 ft. of shoreline with a private boat ramp, boat house and dock with 2 available boat slips (one covered) on this quiet cove. Enjoy lake views via sliding doors from every room. The large dock offers plenty of sun and shade all day. Watch friends and family ski from the dock or large deck, yet rest assured that the walk-in swimming area is well protected. Perhaps catch a glimpse of the bald eagle, beaver, or blue heron who frequent the cove. Kids will enjoy the sandy beach and grown-ups can compete at horseshoes or relax by an evening fire lakeside. Located at the southernmost end of Lake Anna, it offers some of the most comfortable water on the private side of the lake. The large great room seats 10 at one table for dining with an additional table and counter seating. A fully equipped kitchen, 2 refrigerators and gas grill make cooking a breeze. If evenings are cool, light a fire in the large stone fireplace. Enjoy your favorite TV Shows or movies on the 50 inch TV or head downstairs to the walkout family room for air hockey and a 50 in smart TV. There is a table there too, for family fun with great books, games and puzzles for all ages. Extra amenities include internet service, 2 master bedrooms with TV's. Weekly rentals check in is on Friday. - No Events Allowed

Second time at this house. Love the location, the house and all the amenities. Beds are comfortable, view and location of the lake are great!

The place is very convenient and private as we have couple of family can joint us during the day. My kids are very happy and enjoy their times at the water . We definitely will coming back again.

The dock and property were great! The house was perfect for our 2 families. We made good use of the fire pit. I enjoyed the kayak and the kids enjoyed the air hockey. Could use a king size bed in the master bedrooms and upgrade the comforters.

The house was nice, but we had a problem with a few bugs. Gnats, black ants, spiders and webs. We also killed 2 cockroaches. It would be better if the refrigerator had a light in it. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

All our family are really enjoyed our weekend at this house, our kids enjoyed their time at the lake. Time went by so fast the kids didn't want to go home. We definitely coming back to this property.

Great Family Lake Vacation
The property is amazing. The kitchen was fully stocked and the house had plenty of room and activities for two families of four. There's a stunning view of the lake from everywhere in the house. We setup on the dock everyday to let the kids play in the water and sand, take the boat in and out for cruising and tubing. Fishing was great in the cove and even right off the dock for bass and catfish. Really no reason to leave once you are there. We will definitely look to rebook this property. The only drawback were the amount of spiders and bugs in the house. There were cobwebs in pretty open areas that should have been caught with an easy dusting. This bothered some in the group but I chalked up to being in the woods right on the lake.

Family Reunion
Great place - home & property - for getting family together. Plenty of room for gatherings, all needed appliances and utensils available. Wonderful outdoors - yard and lake.
Only minus was some noise from road, giant spiders in basement and question of blankets being washed.

Owner needs to trim trees on road to boat ramp. Ramp is 9ft wide and a bit short but workable. Great dock. It was nice to have a covered slip. Dock is in good shape with bumpers all around and in good shape. House needs updating, including bathrooms.

The pictures alone do not do this place justice! It is a beautiful and isolated property on the lake. It had everything you could need for a weekend away!

Everything was clean and well stocked. The outdoor area was amazing, although it rained most of the time we were there (still had great views of the lake!). We managed to take advantage of the kayak and the kids loved the sandy beach area! We would love to come back. The bed I used was also very comfortable. Since it’s not listed in the description, the room situation is as follows (which worked out perfectly for my group):
- Upstairs: two bedroom with lake views. Both with queen beds. One with private bath.
- Downstairs. Three bedrooms each with lake view. Two with queens, one with full/single bunk beds. One of the queen rooms had its own bathroom.
The rental company was also easy to work with. A few initial emails went to my junk email, but they were very understanding. A electronic checkin would be nice, but we passed right by the leasing office anyways.

Pretty much as expected. Not a fan of the stainless steel pots and pans but everything else worked well. We had 8 people in our party and there was sufficient space.

Be advised this is a private section, while is was great there are not boat rentals available here. Having to haul trash miles is also an issue.

My extended family and I took a trip to Eagle's Landing and it was very relaxing. We loved that the house was so private with no other houses nearby, a huge property and waterfront. The two living spaces in the house were wonderful as were the 5 bedrooms each with their own access to the outdoors.

A beautiful setting. A beautiful home. This getaway afforded my family a chance to just relax, enjoy the beauty of nature, and just enjoy each others company. Everything we needed was provided. We can't wait to go back!!!

We had a wonderful time with another family and our total of five kids on Lake Anna over Spring Break. The house was well appointed, and the amount of space and view and access to the lake was fantastic. We would happily return.

Other than groceries, you won’t feel compelled to leave the lakefront. The sun sets across from the property so the evenings are sublime, even in early fall. So here’s the not perfect part: there is no trash service, so plan to haul it out a few times during the week. There are plenty of critters that will get to it outside, so you either store it inside or haul it away every other day...or pay a $100 fine. Also, the linen drop off and back haul is more intensive than we’ve experience in other VRBO. Lastly, the inside was clean, but the outside not so much. A footling hotdog, a bottle cap and a fishing hook we’re all in plain view in high traffic areas. So, I’ll offer the property is well designed, but the property management needs to up their game. For what the PM scrapped us for in addition to the rental fees, I left sore and will seek another place next time around.

GREAT PLACE FOR A GETAWAY
I got a group of friends together for a short birthday weekend getaway. The house was a great place to hang out, chill out and spend quality time with friends. The dock was great for some fishing and big enough to hang out on. Great backyard and small sand beach. I would definitely book this place for another getaway.

The outside was also nice and there were great views from each bedroom, but it was off of a busy road which could be noisy when big trucks went by. Unfortunately, there was NO trash pick up service at this house which was a HUGE pain to deal with. We had to make 2 trips to drop it off at a dumpster that was not nearby and brought in little bugs into my car because of the trash. The rental office claimed that no one in the area has trash service right now but I KNOW that was a lie and that makes me more upset that they would do that and not tell us ahead of time. Lastly, they sent an email the SAME day we were driving there to let us know that check in time was moved later and hour and check out was moved earlier an hour to do the extra cleaning. That was also very annoying to deal with on short notice and with a big family that included babies and small kids. Will look for another house next time we go

Great Lake access and plenty of space
We had two families and truly enjoyed our week at Eagles landing. Even sighted bald eagles on the property. It has great access for our jet ski, canoe, and kayaks. Lots of fun hanging out by the dock, and when we were indoors, the open concept house has plenty of space with great views of the lake. Some minor issues included broken blinds in one bedroom, and the lawn was not cut until later in our stay. Overall, it's a great place to spend a week at the lake.

Location, location, location!
This place is perfect in every way. The dock is fantastic and includes multiple bays to park your boat, to include one with a working boat lift which I used every day. There is also a swim ladder, steps into the water, and a sandy beach. The outside area also included a fire pit and a paddle boat (and we used both). The outside deck off the house is large and has three tables and lots of chairs. The yard is flat enough for yard games...again, we used this feature heavily. The inside is not super modern or luxurious, but it's clean, well equipped, has tons of bathrooms, and the AC is superb. The house also has a air hockey table and a shuffle board table. We really loved playing shuffle board! In summary, my family of 10 were all extremely pleased with our week long stay!
