L emplacement, la Decoration

Très bon accueil à l'arrivée, un parking en sous sol avec prises pour véhicules électriques, chambre spacieuse et propre, bonne literie, proche de toutes commodités, du centre ville. Et que dire du petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet : un régal sucré salé.

Propreté des chambres

Nous avons réservé 2 chambres pour la nuit de la Saint Sylvestre. À notre arrivée, nous branchons notre voiture sur une borne électrique du parking de l hôtel. Nous sommes étonnés de voir des véhicules moteur essence sur ces emplacements. La réceptionniste nous explique qu il y a plus de bornes que de besoin et qu ils acceptent que toutes les voitures se garent sur ces emplacements. Elle nous conseille pour l ouverture de la porte du garage d appeler le gardien car nous rentrerons après minuit.. À notre retour, le gardien nous informe qu il n y a plus de place dans le parking et nous sommes obligés de trouver une place à l extérieur. D une part, J aurais aimé être informée du risque de ne pas avoir de place. D autre part, je suis mécontente, nous avons réservé 2 chambres et nous n avons pas pu recharger notre véhicule.

Super Lage, sehr sauber, Rooftop-Pool!! Personal sehr freundlich, gute Ausstattung. Jederzeit wieder!

Sehr laut, mit offenem Fenster lässt sich nicht schlafen. Die Fenster isolieren aber perfekt und es gibt eine Klimaanlage :)

There are no cups, drinking water, refrigerator in the room，I only saw two cups of mouthwash in the bathroom， I checked in in the afternoon and then went out. When I came back at night, I wanted to ask the front desk for a kettle. The front desk said it was at the house keep. They were off work, so I had to wait until the next morning to get the kettle.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Rooms were comfortable.

Swimming pool is a bit small, but still nice!

Breakfast ok. Location not fantastic. A bit far to walk to the city center and the area not so nice in the night. Friendly staff, especially in the restaurant. Staff not so knowledgable about excursions. great parking facilities

The pool looked very dirty every day

Very clean and modern feeling. Lovely lobby area and helpful staff.

Location, close to train and bus station. Good breakfast.

Intermittent Wifi, they forgot to give us wake-up call in the morning.

It's nice hotel that affords free parking. The rooms were spacious and comfy.

While during the day the location is very good. That being said, when night approaches the atmosphere become somewhat sketchy.

The breakfast was great, the best on this trip. Comfy bed.

We were charged twice for our stay, reimbursed prior to our departure. System failed to recognise payment.

The view at the harbour. The size of the room (3 person room). Location near the center is great. Swimming pool on the roof (quite small though). Free parking.

Terrible noise of traffic of the very busy road next to the hotel. Impossible to leave the window open. Scary open and high balcony.

Staff was outstanding. Wifi super. Breakfast was good. A/C worked great, room was large for an Ibis.

Only complaint - desk in room was tiny, room only for a small laptop and mouse. I kept knocking every thing else on the floor.

no tea/coffee making facilities - but when we asked staff in reception they provided a kettle & amenities for us to do this in our room. Staff were very helpful.

The pillow were a bit thin

Nice location, right on the mainroad and 15 to 20 min walking distance to the main square. We spent the December 31 night here.

Nothing in specific

The location is great, 10 min walk only to downtown where all restaurants and shops are. The breakfast is generous as well as the facility around the breakfast.

My bedroom (413) had direct vis-à-vis with offices. The bedroom had only shutters, no light curtains which would have let some daylight through… My advice to the hotel were to buy some curtains for these rooms.
