The room was nice bed was comfortable. The shower and bathroom very good. Receptionist friendly
The breakfast was a massive let done. There was a coach party in that we’re leaving at nine so we went down for breakfast about eight the breakfast was geared up for them as all the bacon beans etc were full but unfortunately we’re all cold …should have been filled little but often the fruit and yogurt were empty apart from a few berries. The lounge and breakfast area had loads of flies. The coach party would have left feeling rested fed and watered unfortunately we didn’t

Great staff. Parking not to far away and very cheap as it covered 24 hours. The lifts were very quick with hardly any waiting time, Good quality breakfast.
Breakfast time was very busy early doors and the food area felt overcrowded due to the amount of people arriving at the same time and being enclosed on 3 sides.

Staff were exceptional, hotel was very clean and modern. Breakfast was wonderful, everything you want including gluten free bread. We will use again.

Good breakfast with various choices and refilling frequently. The bar / cafe next to the reception provides big bargains on Friday, Saturday & Sunday. The area with lots of charging sockets for mobiles phone & tablets. A very relaxing place for travelers.
The water temperature range & water pressure of the shower was limited. It's a little bit too hot for me at the lowest setting and had to turn on the shower longer time for a complete shower.

First time being in holiday Inn we loved everything about it staff was first class we had a brilliant night sleep..I would definitely recommend

We had the best night staying here and breakfast was included which we didn't realise. Staff were so amazing and helpful. We booked an accessible room which was perfect for all our needs. Staff helped us taking luggage to and from room. Bedroom was comfortable and we had a very pleasant night.

Compact rooms, There was no glass on the bathroom / shower room.. Basin was not good, water was not passing through the basin. Parking was open, would have been relaxed with locked parking.

I like the room and the bathroom of its cleanliness. Our room was tidied up when we came back from our day tour.
No chairs and fridge in the room and not enough spare pillows.
