I loved the location - right next to the river

the airplanes kept flying over during takeoff - late into the night. The Bed was very nice but the accommodation was run down and the aircondition was very loud and inefficient

We enjoyed our stay. It was obvious that the new owners are trying to tidy up the park.

The cleanliness of the room was very welcoming for us. We also appreciated the pigeon hole divider which helped up stay organised and tidy. The cabin was well laid out. The manager was pleasant, professional and helpful.

The shower door opens and bumps onto the bathroom cabinet. Perhaps a concrete slab outside the cabin for the car so that sand/ mud is not easily brought into the cabin when it rains.

Very good

The cabin was well designed, clean and had everything we needed for a short stay.

Only minor but the planes overhead can be a bit loud but they are infrequent and only during peak hour. Not late at night or early morning.

Our stay was so enjoyable, we really loved the place

We had our own breakfast using the facilities. The whole place was wonderful, we'll be back

tidy, convenient and beautiful location!

neat and tidy, the room was just big enough and the shower pressure was amazing! the location was perfect and across the road from the river! was nice and the pool was beautiful!

they took money out of my account without warning and overdrew my acc (I don’t keep all my money in this acc so I needed to transfer) 4 days prior to our arrival..there was only one set of towels and we had to take our own bins out and wash dishes like most “long term” accomodation. There was also campers around us that smoked heavily and as it’s all in tight areas we had to keep the windows closed the whole time.

It was pleasant and very rewarding to have my pooch inside, especially on rainy days.

The casual helper at the office was so friendly and helpful. Great that so many pets were present and people in the park friendly and considerate. Right near the river so can take pets for a walk. Only 10 mins max drive into Tweed central. Doggy Day Care: Playmates was close and my pooch was happy and tired at the end of the day. Loved the little verandar and also that pooches could go inside. Great green shrubs surrounding cabin. Easy park next to cabin Not over controlled and managed

Electricity failed when new arrival van plugged into the same circuit but concern showed if I lost milk. Some windows were not able to be open and the fly wire was missing. Noisy aircon, so didn't use it.

I am sorry to say this, but I wouldn’t go back.

the inlet opposite was beautiful. Good location, apart from being under the flight path gif the airport.

After rain the puddles were many centimetres deep all around the cabin. Hence very unpleasant trying to get in and out, especially with a small dog who needed to go out frequently Drainage needs improvement. Towels were threadbare, no bath mat, hand towel or face washer, no shampoo or conditioner. Everything was very old and needed upgrading, torn Lino and scratched edges on everything. Also, aeroplane noise till 11 and from 6 am was not helpful , but that’s not your fault.

Disgusting, wouldn’t recommend and overpriced for what you get, I should have been given a discount.

There wasn’t any

Nothing, the van was filthy, appliances unusable, been through a flood and not cleaned. Bugs and dirt everywhere. Distinct termite damage and still exposed in amenities block.No hot water.
