The staff was fantastic. I enjoyed speaking with them and they humored me with some Spanish practice. Each day they gave me helpful information and asked me about my experiences. I also had the pleasure of joining a couple of wonderful staff members on an amazing boat and snorkeling tour.

No towels in the room

TV did not work for the first 3 days there. Pool was closed for maintenance. Should have gotten some rate reduction but did not. Was Charged a 4% fee to use my credit card at checkout. Booking.com should let people know about this before hand IMHO.

Place is over priced for what we received

loved the convenience of having a Pool, the property is very close to “downtown” and if you need any groceries or supply the little grocery market is down the street.

it felt like the entrance was way to transited, understandably there is three roads that connect there and the rooms felt a bit small.

very pretty room was clean and close to town. water was in the room which was great

no coffee or filters for the coffee maker and only 1 (dirty?) cup.

The location was good, beds were clean.

The shower had a used soap that was not removed prior by cleaning service, towels were not white and had a weird smell.

Quaint. We were definitely there for the beautiful island experience but after a long, tiring day, wanted to watch a bit of TV to wind down before bed. We stayed 2 nights. We discovered the TV wasnt working the first night. The reception was closed (it was 8:30pm) so we informed them the next morning as we were leaving to explore the island. The office staff informed me a maintenance person would come soon. We returned that evening and the TV still didn't work. Office staff told us the problem had never been reported to maintenance. So, maintenance was called again, but still didn't arrive, so we called reception again, and reception staff came to our room but couldn't help. Maintenance staff were called again and finally arrived about 30 min later. Reception staff left. Maintenance guy left and said he would be back but didn't come back. We had to leave before reception opened the next morning or would have asked for some refund. We are not happy with our stay and we think we should get a partial refund.

Great facilities around the resort, restaurant, swimming pool and outside seating space, working hot water and air-conditioning, free breakfast was great quality too

Weak wifi, public spaces are directly outside room and therefore exposed to lots of noise at various hours in the day, room a bit cramped for 2 people but bearable. Also a little bit pricey compared to other options on the island and location is a bit further out from the main street than other places (but only 5-10min walk)

Nice pool with a jungle like setting. Helpful staff that helped solve some problems for us, book excursions and get to and from dock with luggage. Jimmy and crew and the restaurant were very nice. Staff saved us at the end making sure we understood ferry schedule for departure.

This could just be circumstantial, but our stay was a bit or a mixed bag. First, the room we booked was not reserved for us on arrival which was frustrating but they did provide and upgrade for a larger space that’s not even listed. Not the property’s fault but our daughter was ravaged by mosquitoes at night in the new space and they helped us spray the place which made the remainder of the stay more comfortable. Regarding the pool, it’s used for first time diver courses so daughter was disappointed she couldn’t use the pool a couple times making us feel a bit like this place is for divers, not us. Again, could have just been bad timing so take that with a grain of salt. All in all we liked our stay... just a couple hiccups. If you are a diver I think this is a fun place to be.

The beds were good, lots of pillows. Lots of hot water, we had breakfast included which was satisfactory. It was nice to have some pick us up from the ferry in a tuk tuk. Spacious double room. They were gracious in letting us shorten our reservation by one night without penalty. Drinking water included in the room.

The housekeeping woke us up at 9am a few days in a row. Little mangoes were falling off the tree and hitting the roof loudly all night long. Location is a short walk to the main strip.
