Beautiful modern apartment with elegant terrace. Decorated in industrial-style furniture that was well refurbished. Great bathroom and shower. Very tiny kitchen that was adequate for breakfast at home.

The pillows on the bed are too thin.

El apartamento es perfecto. Pleno centro, caminando a todos lados; muy cómodo. Tiene todo para pasarla muy bien. Volvería a ir y lo recomiendo.

Great location, a hundred metres from Via Maqueda which is where all the action in terms of Food and Bars. The apartment itself is very spacious with a Living Room, Bedroom, Bathroom and separate Kitchen. Just has a very relaxed feel about it. Has an Elevator which is great for Luggage and there is a Laundry on the Ground Floor for guests to use with a Washing Machine and Ironing Board. Also a 5 minute walk to the Central Railway Station.

parfaitement accueilli par Ignazio, très agréable et pas avare de renseignements. l'emplacement est idéal, dans une rue populaire et très calme. à un pas de via Maqueda (segment calme). très central, à quelques pas de tout (marchés, tous commerces, transports en commun, centre historique, axes piétons etc : la solution pour visiter tout Palerme. l'appartement (dernier étage, ascenseur) possède une superbe et grande terrasse, sans vis à vis. un régal. l'appartement est spacieux, bien tenu et décoré. je le conseille déjà, et nous y reviendrons.

la cuisine est petite et modestement équipée. suffisant pour le petit-déjeuner. la verrière au dernier étage de l'escalier est probablement source de grande chaleur l'été. difficile de trouver de vrais points négatifs !

Small kitchen

I travel quite a bit and have stayed in a LOT of places in different cities/lands: hotels, AirBnBs, resorts, rental flats, etc. I rarely find a place that gets top marks on all criteria. The Viocolo Guascone is the rare exception. It's a simple flat but extremely well-designed and super comfortable. Good-sized rooms with A/C units in the living room and bedroom. Walk-in closet with plenty of storage space. Modern bathroom. Small but decent kitchen; given the great food options all around, the kitchen isn't really a priority. The location is fantastic; quiet alley within easy walking distance of the main tourist attractions, very hip & lively Kalsa district, and bus/train station.

The Location was in a very dodgy area.

The location was perfect .Close for walking from station to all we wanted to see in Palermio whilst still being tucked away in a quiet little street.

Very central location and within east walking distance to all the main sights in Palermo. Spacious apartment (separate living space with sofa and dining table) with everything you need. Nice décor!

We were lucky enough to be able to checkin earlier so we could drop the car back to the airport. A great apartment located on the 4th floor big lounge and bedroom and a large rooftop patio. The kitchen is very small with 2 burner stove top but no oven but a microwave oven. Small fridge but adequate for short stays. Great communication. The location is good only about 10min walk from central station and easy access to the main tourist attractions in Palermo. Plenty of restaurants and bars in the area.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Great location. Apartment has 2 air conditioners and was large enough, we stayed there for a week and never felt small. Very clean. Kitchen has all the necesary equipments. There is a small closet room for clothes, which is great. Bathroom is large and renovated. Despite everything nice about the apartment, the host Piero is the highlight of our stay. He is the best host I ever, super helpful and friendly.

I’ve been to Italy a couple of times and this is on the list of the top places that I have stayed. Everything is nearby and the terrace view is amazing. The heat calms down in the evening and morning so I loved sitting out there drinking coffee or wine. The host Ignacio was very helpful and professional.

Very clean and basic apartment within walking distance of major sites in Palermo. The entire building is all rental units, set within a residential neighbourhood. I had never visited the city so did not know what to expect. Although busy shopping streets like Via Roma and Marqueda are minutes away on foot, the area around the apartment at night was very quiet. Functional galley kitchen with all the things you would need for a short stay. The furniture could be of higher quality but for 3 days, the apartment was perfect. No complaints. Lots of storage, nice bathroom. Grocery store three minutes away on foot to buy snacks, drinks etc.

The neighbourhood was a little rough around the edges, but so is most of Palermo! That being said, I never felt unsafe. It might not be the place for you if you are a family with small children. When booking on the site, be aware they show lots of photos of spacious rooftop terraces and not every apartment has one. Also, the air conditioners would not work when I tried to get the temperature lower than the pre-set. It was only 28 degrees in Palermo during my visit and still, the apartment was a bit stuffy at night because the air conditioner wouldn't cool it down. If you visit and it is 40 degrees, you might have an issue. It would be nice to have screens on the windows to open them at night for a cross breeze.

Excellent apartment. Grear outdòor terrace. Flat Owner/Manager was very friendly and extremely helpful.

Little to not like. Immediare surrounding area is a bit rundown, but very close to centre of Palermo.and major attractions

Great location, very close to the historic town, and not far from the train station and buses. The apartment location was very quiet which suited us as and the apartment was very bright, clean and had all that we needed.

Maybe some more pillows, but that’s just a personal preference.

everything was good

This was a lovely flat located right in the centre of the old district and walking distance friom the train station.. It was nicely furnished with good cooking facilities. The terrace with its lush vegetation was a delight. The lift was a bonus.

We arrived after dark and were a little nervous entering the narrow lane to the apartment. When we became familiar with the area we felt safe.

Wonderful apartment with lovely outdoor terrace. Very clean.  Washing machine came in very handy.  Small kitchen, but big enough to do the basics . Enjoyed our stay.

Great location and the beautiful, large terrace. Landry room on the ground floor was well equipped & at our disposal which was a great for washing ( all products supplied ) and ironing etc

My only negative would be that when we returned to the apartment at the end of our day out the apartment did have a very unpleasant smell Maybe the old pipes ? We bought some lavender spray & that helped

Spacious apartment w/full amenities in Kalsa district. Close to Via Roma in one direction & Via Maqueda shops, restaurants other way.

location was convenient to old city sites. everything was in easy walking distance. Property was very clean and had a great sun patio area.

The neighborhood was very dirty. Area does not feel comfortable or inviting, but we had no safety concerns.
